In a rather nonsensical bit of plotting Promethean lay all their cards on the line and look to take out all the Elephantmen in Los Angeles! Bar the ridiculous idea that they would do that follows a pretty grippin battle where Farrell, the L.A.P.D and Obadiah Horn, have to once and for all take a side! 8 out of 12, despite the lack of plausibility, the story and art was pretty good :)

So a lot is going on and I do wish that it would have built up to some of the key points as it just immediately drops you into a chaotic mess. It does eventually explain everything and it is great to see more of the new MAPO and how they view themselves and how they have learned from their mistakes as it does make them better villains. The inclusion of Mars and an invasion does seem a bit over the top but I do like the action which this volume is mostly action.
