In the book Overcoming Conflict, author Bob Phillips, writes about how we deal with conflict in our lives. Phillips writes a very bullet point oriented book that gives some insight into people and conflict while providing some tools to change the atmosphere and dialogue.
This is a very practical guide but feels more like a college text book. I would recommend this book to challenge anyone in their dealings with people. I received a copy of this e-book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
