Good textbook on basic Financial studies. Concepts are described clearly and efficiently, the examples are many and concise. To top it off there is a subtle but laugh out loud, humourus layer between the numbers and formulas, as the authors make hilarious commentaries for the topics described. It is an enjoyable read for a finance textbook.

I found the text very easy to understand when you actually read the text and the examples. Each chapter builds on the previous one, and the text reminds you of the main ideas from the previous chapters. I liked how the ideas behind the theory is explained, rather than just telling you how to solve the formulas. The book also gives you real world financial challenges and problems, giving you an idea of how the real finance world works.

About as good as one could hope a finance book would be to read. Easy to follow and understand though I wish it had a few more problem examples to follow.

Decent. Does basically the same job as all the other similar-level corporate finance books. Nice layout. Some bits are quite interesting and there's nothing too difficult.

Not fun bedtime reading, though.

A very good, readable textbook. The formula summaries at the end of each chapter were helpful.
