The Inn at Ocean's Edge

Claire’s visit to a luxury hotel in Maine awakens repressed memories, threatening all she holds dear. Someone—maybe everyone—is hiding something from Claire Dellamare, and it will cost her everything to drag the truth out into the light.

Mermaid Moon Mallory’s mother died fifteen years ago. But her father’s last words on the phone were unmistakable: Find . . . mother. As answers begin to fall into place, Mallory realizes her search is about more than finding her father’s killer—It is also about finding herself again . . . and possibly about healing what was broken so long ago with Kevin. She just has to stay alive long enough to put all the pieces together.

Twilight at Blueberry Barrens I need you to keep these girls safe . . . Kate Mason is faced with fields that have stopped producing, an attractive tenant who brings dangerous questions about who might be out to kill his family, an uncle who has escaped prison, and a local stalker. With threats swirling from multiple directions, she wonders if her blueberry fields will ever flourish again . . . or if this twilight is her last. Set on the beautiful coast of Maine, Twilight at Blueberry Barrens brings together suspense, romance, and the hope that one day new life will come again.

Well it took me awhile but I Read This book completely and I loved it. There are three books in it, but this was cheaper than buying the books seperately. And I am zo happy I bought this one
Although I loved all three books, my favorite by far is the last one. All three books are in Maine and they are all going more or less about Kate and Claire ( well book 2 a little). But in book three Kate finally learns a very important lesson about who she is and that she is important and worthy of love. I really love Kate.

I loved this series! I gave it 5 stars and loved the books and how they turned out. However, I do have to say the author did not do her research on blindness or blind people. I have been blind all my life, and I have many friends who are blind. I can tell you for a fact that no 8-year-old girl would be given a guide dog of any kind. A guide dog school wants you to have travel skiblinds with a cane and be old enough to be fully responsible for the dog. About, no uide dog can recognize when you say object names and take you to the correct cabinet. The way we find a cohrect cabinet is to memorize where the items are stored. For example, we would remember that the bowls are in the cabinet to the left of the sink and touch the sink and trail with our hands to the cabinet directly to the left. Also, counting steps is not a reliable method used by most blind people. Some may, but in all honesty, the length of your step would have to be exactly the same each time, as well as the length of the stride of whoever tells you how many steps from one location to another. Judging distance by familiarity and landmarks is the best way to find places and things. Other than that, great series.

Enjoyed following these characters trough the various storylines. Except for one glaring fictional faux paux in the last book naming a Michigan town (Rock Harbor) that doesn’t exhibit. I contacted Th author and she said some of her location are purely fictional, but using a real name didn’t seem fictional to me...my only complaint. I’m hoping the history of the Dakota/Sioux is fairly accurate. History lessons in school don’t really cover it much and the Native Americans didn’t get a fair shake, in my opinion, but so goes history.

Disappointing that the 1st and 3rd book in this series are the same book.

The books were of course very well written and difficult to put down. I was however greatly disappointed to find that the first and third books of this trilogy were actually both the same story ( start to finish)

I love Colleen Coble's books, and I cannot believe that I had never heard of her before now, she writes the kind of books that I love to read!
Meet Kate and Claire, sisters who didn't even know each other, and all of those living in Folly Shaols Maine! There is plenty of suspense, thrills, murder, romance and God in these books! I totally recommend these books, very enjoyable reading.

Entertaining set of interlocked stories set in Coastal Maine. Lots of adventures and realistic love stories. A bit more murder and mayhem than seems likely but a diversion

All the stories were good with strong principles, the heroines were human but it terrified me to think they would take such risks !
