First book in a new series Melody and Mateo trilogy and is called Fight for Vengeance . Mateo Garcia is an FBI Agent who has been working to bring the serial killer called‘The Satanist’ to justice but it gets to close when his wife is targeted now he must make sure his daughter stays safe. Then he finds out the ‘The Satanist’, is not human so he joins Operation Underworld. Melody Frank,is a waitress working at a club where ‘The Satanist’ and his followers come,but who is Melody? This book will keep you guessing is she good or bad? I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

I was really torn between giving this book a four star or a five start rating. The story itself was definitely a five start story. On the other hand the book was riddled with typos and that's the kind of thing that turns a reader who is also a writer off quicker that anything else. However, in this case, the page turning, blood curdling, nonstop action won out and I had to give it a five star rating. It definitely reminded me of the old movie serials that always ended an episode with a cliffhanger and i will definitely have to procure book #2 and every book in the series to follow.

Mateo is an FBI agent looking to take down a serial killer . What he doesn't know that this case goes deep into a world that he is unfamiliar with but did not know existed.
Elise Marion describes a paranormal world that is only noticeable to those who want are in it or those who really want to be aware. Many twists and turns in this story.

Fight For Vengeance is a perfect FBI thriller with a paranormal twist. Elise Marion took two of my favorite genres and combined them in a suspenseful, sexy, thrill ride. Two things...1. Mateo is HOT. 2. Fans of The Guardian Series will be thrilled to know that Sexy Jack guest stars in this series too! Without says anything else, that alone is worth the price of admission.

I l like it!

Well, it's my first read from Elise Marion, ...
I feel so bad for Melody, life hasn't been kind to her , most of her life she has been treated less than a human being, been used and abused yo no fault of hers. I hope that Mateo can see beyond her pass ... and also slaying all the demons.
