I've been writing novels and short stories since I was a young teen. God has greatly impacted me, and I now desire to honor the Lord with my life and writing.

My stories can be read in several online and print publications, as well as three anthologies. My bestselling COIL Series include novels Dark Liaison, Book One; Dark Hearted, Book Two; Dark Rule, Book Three; and Dark Vessel, Book Four, and are available at most e-retailers, as are Jaguar Dusk, a Christian Special Forces novel, Sea Scribe, a Covert Christian Mission Suspense, and End Times Novel, God's Colonel. See my website for other novels and stories added often, including Dark Cover, COIL Book Five, to be out late 2014.

I offer free weekly Christian short stories, or serialized novels, my Author Reflections, and occasional challenges to the Christian Church on my Telbat's Tablet blog at http://ditelbat.com.

When I'm not writing, I'm very involved in Christian ministry. I've kept my home office in the NW U.S. where my assistant, Dee, lives and helps with my editing and writing needs.

My motto: There is no redemption without sacrifice.

What an amazing book and blessing!!! Can't wait to read the rest of the series!!!

You know I've grown to be a big fan of DI Telbat and his amazing writing and stories that just take you on such an adventure and journey that will honestly make you smile, think, laugh, cry, cheer, edge of your seat action and suspense, and every book and every series I've read so far have a mix and do all those great things like a great story should.. But honestly, even above that, I just have to say anyone that misses and cares for morals, values, common decency and not just vulgar stuff in everything you watch and read these days more and more, but just simple good wholesome/clean great storytelling by itself is so much harder and better to do, and he does such a great job and his heart and faithfulness to the Lord and intertwining the essence and heart of the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ into his stories and honoring Him is just so rare and wonderful these days and truly a great great blessing to me and my family and I know to.anyone else who picks up and reads one of his great books. I highly recommend my friends, and I pray someone, even just one out there, might see this review/ testimony in a way and give it a chance and I pray it is a huge blessing to them as well!!!

Great series

For believers this is a breath of fresh air. The story places God in the center of a world falling apart. None of us needs to look far to see the increasing anger, hatred and conflict boiling in our society. The post apocalyptic genre in literature has exploded in the past decade as we have all seen that we are living in a house of cards. This house will fall. Most other books tell stories of survival based on man's might alone. Here the truth is told in an entertaining and convicting fashion. God is on His throne. He is in charge no matter the appearance. Will we have the faith to respond as the hero in this book has? Thank you so much Mr. Telbat for a great story and a great lesson to believers everywhere

No Greater Love

I can't wait to start book four!

Who among us really knows if they have what it takes to live their faith? When times get hard, super tough, do I have enough strength and spirit to do what God tells me, through His Word, I must do? Do you? Well, Eric has to answer that question over and over in this sequel.

Further more, could I do it alone? When I am without back up, or friends, could I do what is asked of me depending on only God? Could you?

If you want to know if Eric can you will have to read Telbat's third book in his six part series. Now, if you'll excuse me I have to read book four. And yes, of course, I recommend this book.

Getting shorter and shorter

Not sure if I’ll keep reading the rest of the series. It’s more and more Christian fiction than Christian apocalyptic fiction and just not as interesting. In the first book the characters were interesting and relatable. Now they are very superficial and their storylines are no existent. Started out liking the series but the only reason I’m reading it now is to see if it gets better again.

Pretty good book, enjoyable read.

This was a pretty good book and I did enjoy reading it. It’s a pretty good novella that shares a story of one young man’s love for his Messiah as well as people in general. It is a great story worth reading and I would recommend it to people from teenage years and up.

One begins to run out of ways to say what a good Christian author Telbat is
I guess you will just have to read his novels and decided for yourself....
but I have never read any cussing, lurid sex scenes, etc.
and the application of applying the Bible to ones life is there.

Love these novellas!

The bonus short stories are wonderful, reinforcing the main story and revealing more characters along the way. This is a neat series and you won’t be sorry if you read them all. I’m on to the next!

Burn it down

Eric has the reputation of a mad man, but he's a mad man for Christ. He's winning, but there is a lot of disappointments asking the way.
