Awww, so sweet :) Happy endings all around! Watching Harrison and Nathaniel work through all their challenges and come together was completely charming. Piper Scott does a great job packing everything in to this super short story.
The audio is performed by Dennis Adams who really gets these characters. This is a tough story at times, lots of emotion, and his smooth voice is a good fit.

Audiobook review:
This is one of those books that works like a blanket. Or a fire. Or hot chocolate. It serves a purpose and that is mainly to warm you up and make you feel good. It’s got a goey midsection and a sweet aftertaste. Along these parameters I really enjoy this short, emotional story of Harrison and Nathaniel. It had its lesson and was pretty much to the point. I enjoyed it.

Getting better!
So I have to be candid and say, the series is definitely getting better and better. It didn’t start out well for me. But I got back into it after realising Breathe, which has my absolute favourite character I’ve read this year - Oli, is part of this series/world. So I got back to reading this series. And gahhh... it gets better!! Which I’m so happy about.
This was shorter and so much sweeter than the previous pairs. A little bit of the first love kind of feel. It doesn’t have the most compelling storyline but it’s still a good read ☺️

February 19, 2026WAY too short of a story like somehow in the epilogue everything is wrapped up w a bow when the story has a lot of like minor conflict that never gets resolved satisfyingly. when the story )epilogue exlcuded) ends, they're not even confirmed together! come on now... harry triggers nate's heat and we get NO RABID HEAT SEX???? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO whats the point even! i want to hate on the whole "im an adult!!" when hes. 19 but to be fair my parents think the same thing soooo. plus i never got a confirmed age gap so IMMM assuming its like max 4 years and harrison is just a prodigy doula somehow 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ anyway. should have been at least 100 pages more and fully developed

These stories are super-fast. The plot is rushed and so is the editing. There were parts that were so bad that it wasn't clear what was going on. Names are swapped and phrases just change direction midway through. Really poorly done.
I felt much better about the professional gray areas in this story. I like that Nate was able to stand up for what he wanted and was given a real, independent, and healthy take on relationships. Harry, is my favorite of the three brothers, from an emotional stability standpoint. Tad is hot, but Harry... he's husband material.

The sweetest of the series with rich feelings and gasp-worthy storyline.

The was a very sweet novella with the discovery love front and center. I would recommend reading the other two in the series, or at the very least the first one, in order to have a better background on this world. It's not, as one reviewer suggested, in any way Victorian or historical. This is a modern world omegaverse in which omegas have previously been the victim of kidnapping and sexual exploitation through the infamous omega brothels. There was a crackdown on these in the first novel but each of the omegas was in some way affected by the brothel trade; Nathaniel through his brother. Nathaniel is adorable and innocent, hardworking and devoted to his uncle and their pie shop. He is thoroughly captivated by Harrison, who stops by one morning. Harrison is equally smitten with the cute, shy young man behind the counter. Harrison has heard from his brothers that when you meet your mate it just clicks, it's overwhelming. Not sure what he's feeling is real, he gives himself some time and distance to clear his head and think things though; no mistake though, Nathaniel is constantly in his thoughts. The same hold true for Nathaniel. A sort of cosmic coincidence brings them together again and gives feelings a chance to grow. Their "courtship" is very tender and I was touched with how gentle, slow, and honorable Harrison was. There is a tiny bit of family conflict in the story but nothing I would call angst. There is a heat and knotting (woo-hoo!), as well as the mpreg of a secondary character. The end is obviously not the end of the series because, like the other two, we stop the book right at the announcement of Nathaniel's own pregnancy. There will need to be another book to wrap all these pregnancies--and give more mpreg details please! I feel sure that Nathaniel's brother, Dylan, will be the focus of the next book. Short but a great read if you need something slightly fluffy and comforting.

Stop before you begin reading this book! Do you know it is the 3rd book in a series? I almost made the same mistake when I saw the "new" Piper Scott book. To really understand what's going on in this series you need to read the books in order of publication: (1) LOVE ME, (2) SAVE ME, and now this book (3) KEEP ME. The books aren't too long and easily read quickly, not based on the tough subject matter, but the compelling writing by Piper Scott.
Dylan the pregnant Omega who had been rescued from the White Lotus brothel was seemingly forgotten until this Third story. While surprisingly a secondary character, Dylan remained a primary person throughout a storyline actually featuring two other main characters: the third Rutledge triplet Harrison and Dylan's younger brother, Nathaniel.
Another influential person in this family drama is Uncle Martin who raised the two siblings when their parents passed away. Despite the slow build romance between doula Harrison Rutledge and cafe worker Nathaniel, it seems almost a parallel storyline to what's going on with Dylan, as he attempts to recover from a horrible situation and a lifetime reminder in the form of his pregnancy.
The fear he feels is in direct contrast to the desire his brother feels to be in the company of the Doula that Dylan is taken to - to check on his & the baby's health. Dylan seems to have disrupted the lives of his family. But is it really the case? There are different sides to every story. These four men had to find a way to common ground or lose something very important to them all. I only have two slight criticisms which were Dylan saying he was going to be a "mother" and the exact role of a Doula not being explained, otherwise I truly enjoyed not only this story, but the entire series. If Piper ever wanted to write a follow up story I bet there would be lots of excitement!

This is the third book in the Rutledge Brothers series, with Harrison being the last brother to find his omega. While the first two books focused more intensely on the sex trafficking ring, the main characters are affected, but not directly involved parties.
Harrison has found his calling as being a doula for pregnant omegas. This is not typically a job held by alphas, but it is his way of helping others. After a very long shift, he decides to stop by a bakery that was recommended to him. While trying to decide what to order, an omega brings out a pie, and the sight of him addles Harry's brain.
Nathaniel is an omega who has been raised by his Uncle Martin and has worked very hard to get the business where it is today. He's young, but he has been through his own heartache. When his brother returns after five years, damaged, desolate, very pregnant, and afraid of doctors, Nate immediately thinks of Harry.
The two men share a brief kiss, but Nate leaves immediately. Harry misunderstands the situation, but knows he shouldn't get involved while he's still working with Dylan through his pregnancy. Once Dylan gives birth, Nate finds himself in an unexpected situation.
When Harry realizes what is happening, he goes to check on Dylan and the baby; and gets quite a stern talking to. He learns the truth of how Nate feels, and what he needs to do. After the situation has passed, the relationship is quickly glossed over...this is a novella after all. They date for a while before they finally end up becoming intimate.
When their relationship reaches a certain point, they decide on what they want from the future. However, the future is coming a lot faster than they had anticipated. Even so, everything falls together leading them to their HEA.

He leaves his business card for a contest, in hopes of him reaching out.
His information is actually right on time because Nate's brother Dylan was kidnapped and held by the brothel The White Lotus which is prevelant in this series and His Command.
He's also pregnant, and terrified of doctors and alphas.
He initially doesn't want Harry's help but eventually accepts it.
Dylan has issues with Nate dating Harry because of his past, and he is vehemently opposed to their relationship.
Nate also has to deal with misconceptions about gender roles from his uncle, who basically sees him as a glorified babysitter and not a hard working, focused, valuable member of the bakery.
This was a wonderfully sweet addition to this series.

Sadly, this was the least developed story of the bunch. I was incredibly intrigued by Harrison but got no answers as to why he chose a celibate life. There was a story there and we got literally nothing about it. Nathaniel was definitely young and I did feel like he knew himself, but there's so much individual growth he needed to achieve. He kind of straddled the line between being an independent omega and a stereotypical one and I don't think both sides blended well enough. There was a ton of the "first" moments when people find themselves attracted to someone, but nothing beyond an ill-timed heat to really bring them together. Where in the previous stories the other brothers played a little role to tie them all together there was nothing here and that was a missed opportunity, especially since it could have served as a bridge to discuss Harrison's history or to guide him through accepting a future with Nathaniel. Compelling is not the word I would use for the characters, the relationship, or the story overall, which is immensely sad since this was the end cap to the series.

There are two other books in the Rutledge triplets series, Thaddeus' story (Love Me) and Silas' story (Save Me) before this one and all are really sweet, light reading with little angst. There are some stressors for the sweet and shy omega character Nathaniel, but Harrison (the 3rd Rutledge triplet) is a very kind person as well as an Alpha and he handles Nathaniel very well. The road they travel towards falling in love is somewhat bumpy at times, but the writer brings it all together seamlessly in the end.
The books are worth the read and those of you who like light reading sometimes will most likely not be disappointed with this series.

We meet Nathaniel who is raised by his unclle Martin. Together they run a coffee shop. Then Dylan, Nate's older brother comes back after five years, a bit damaged due to some traficking and he is very pregnant. nate learns that he is afraid of doctors, and of course Nate also longs for Harry, who is a doula and alpha.
We see that Nate is the one who tries to keep the familybond tight and helps his brother through this. At the end..the true feelings comes forward for nate.
Uncle Martin sees it to and lets some stuff be changed. At a point in the story I just wanted to jump in and hug them all.
The characters are so well developed and the plotline is as good as always and Piper Scott has done a well done job on these three books.
Definitely on my to be read again list.

Disappointing
I was disappointed I this book. I loved the previous two, but I felt that this was only half of a story. We got to know Harry and Nate as Dylan was pregnant, but then, suddenly we were in the epilogue without anything really happening to build their relationship. And how does writing in a journal constitute informed consent?!
I also found all of the editing errors where the wrong name was used to be very distracting. And why was Dylan, several times, referred to as an expectant mother? That's not the norm in mpreg generally, and wasn't used in either of the previous books.
Finally, what happened to Seth's friend Mal that he was so concerned about?

We do not see much of Harrison in the first two books so I did not know what to expect. By 15% in, I was hooked. I really liked getting to know Nathaniel and Harrison, I was happy getting to know Dylan as well. It expanded the storyline a little.
Nathaniel was so sweet and cute. For some reason I love when MC blushes a lot and Nathaniel blushed a ton.. it definitely made him more endearing. Harrison was sweet and I liked seeing him in action as a doula. This was a short story but definitely worth the read!
There were a few errors.. like a name being wrong a couple times. Obviously it is something I noticed but did not really bother me because I enjoyed the book.

Keep Me is the third book in the Rutledge Brothers series by Piper Scott. Nate and Harrison have a sweet love story. Nate's brother is finally home after years caught up on being a White Lotus' sex slave... and is pregnant. Luckily the sexy Alpha that has been flirting with the Omega pie shop worker is a double and helps them through the pregnancy. In the process falling in love with the new uncle and proving that not all Alphas are only after one thing... some are looking for the real thing, forever.

Harrison is the third and last Rutledge brother to have his story told. He is a doula who helps pregnant omegas. His meeting with Nate couldn't have come at a more perfect time as Nate's pregnant brother is one of the omegas rescued from the trafficking ring this series follows.
I enjoyed the watching the relationship between Harry and Nate develop. Their pairing was sweet with very little angst, and made for the perfect ending to this series!

Last brother finds an enduring love
Harrison is the last brother in the triplets to meet his match! There are stories in the omegaverse where I am uncomfortable with how a couple gets together, this is not one of those stories. It’s so beautiful that I’m bursting with all the feels! These three brothers are genuinely nice, interesting, brave, self-sacrificing Alphas, and their tenderness brings me to tears. You have to start with book 1 but you won’t regret meeting these gorgeous souls out to help Omegas!!

This was the best book in the series. The characters were adorable together, but I felt like the story stumbled a little when it came to Nates heat. Overall it was a heartwarming a cute story, but like the rest of the books in this series I wished it was longer so we got to really know the characters better. I was also a little disappointed that we didn't get to see Harry's brothers during this one.

Great into the trio!!!
So Keep Me was a perfect in to The Rutledge brother trilogy. It was nice seeing Harrison get his happily ever after after his brothers got theirs. I think that Nate was a great partner for Harrison. They complemented each other so well. The story with sweet it was romantic and it was cute. I loved it. I would have loved to see what happened with Dylan though

The final Rutledge brother Harrison. Another great story from Piper Nate and Harrison they were sweet together, a slow burn romance. Uncle Martin who had looked after the boys could at times be too controlling but eventually that was sorted out. Lovely to have Dylan returned to the family fold and I hope he gets his own story.

This was an interesting one, and was not expecting the roles that were being played in the story.
Character breakdown;
Harrison: definitely did not expect to see an alpha as a doula. It was refreshing to see and how lay back Harrison was.
Nate: I loved how he stepped up for his brother and baby. How he was able to take control of the situation.
It was short but sweet and definitely heart warming story. If you like an almost insta love this one is for you.

Keep Me is the third book in the Omegaverse series by Piper Scott. This is a cute addition to the series. I would have liked it to be longer and maybe fleshed out more. Otherwise, it was well written, and I loved Harrison and Nathan and how they interacted together. They have great chemistry. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

This was a great way to end this series. I loved Nathaniel loyalty to his family, but he needed a life and love as well. This was a great read, but just too short. I would've loved to see more of their relationship.

Harrison is so sweet and gentle. I liked how kindness was his default. Nathaniel's desire for Harrison is palpable. He impressed me with his support for his broken brother and his strength when standing up for himself with his uncle. Harrison does right by Nate, respecting him and his family; earning my respect by his chivalrous actions. Loved the ending.

A sweet and fascinating world of alphas, omega, and betas. The characters are believable. If you don't know about heats, this explains it well. This story should have five stars but a few times the authors used the wrong character name.

Fantastic series
Wow a fantastic series that focuses on 3 brothers.
The writing and story draws you in and I couldn't help but fall for all the characters.
I would recommend these books and have discovered another great author.

I liked this book, but I wanted more time with the main characters. This has a good story, but I feel like this couple didn't get as much time as the first two when it came to time interacting together.
This is still a good book so check it out.
