Undead dictators. Sadistic social gatherings. The intersection of the past with a hellish future. How is a girl supposed to fall in love under such ghastly circumstances? Easy. Just do it. Against all caution, good sense and reason, you close your eyes and jump…

Despite her astonishing history, Savannah’s future is now an unwritten book. With no one hunting her and anonymity hers for the taking, can she settle into a normal life, or will the insanity of her past and the tendencies of her once future-self have her falling into old habits fast? As powerful and as intelligent as the eighteen year old is, she travels no easy roads, and the future is as daunting and as dangerous as the past.

Love struck and rejected, Brayden seeks the comforts of Las Vegas, a city that both haunts and enthralls him. After committing a federal crime of epic proportions, he strolls into the FBI field office with an inflated ego and some unreasonable demands. With the puzzle pieces of his future needing to find their respective places, he unknowingly pits himself against not only the FBI, but one of the most notorious groups of black-hat hackers the bureau has ever known, a reckless decision that will either guarantee his freedom or cost him his life.

Wow! What a ride! Since I have read every book in this series by Ryan Schow, I have come to crave his special brand of excellence, with his meticulous attention to details, Vivid characters and a stunning rollercoaster ride of emotions and events. Since these are other famous, well known parts in each of his books. After the previous book I thought that it would not be possible to trump THAT with anything. Oh My G. I was dead wrong.
This book is stunning, shocking, mesmerizing and in a lot if ways its like a perfected muscle car; It has a absolutely amazing amount of dynamite hidden under a seemingly sharp looking but still fairly innocent looking cover.
The characters we have gotten to know well and that we love, or love to hate, loathe or snicker at brings us back in for a story unlike any other, more facets of this amazing story, background, and events is revealed, it keeps the reader on edge and totally captivated from page 1 and well on after to.. Notation: Some of the things that are described in this book might be what some think is unbelievable, over the hill, horrible etc, things a normal person would not even consider, or similar and renders a enormous shock value. Most would probably argue its a fictional thing added just to spike the story, pure fictional as stated in the authors disclaimer. Let me point out that realty trumps fiction every time, THIS story might be fiction, but recent revelations of things that has been going on among the elite tiers of society is by far much worse, and more heinous. So even if it has a kick in the gut shock effect I think it is NOT something that is unlikely or added just for spice. (Read up on scandals with the word -gate at the end and you will know.) I was given this book as a gift, without any specific demands, or qualifications, becuse I love this authors books, it does in no way shape or form influence my opinion or rating.

Long time no D

I just want to give Brayden a hug. Just hold him. OMG finally Savannah admits her feelings for the man but why in the world would she wait so long. That's crazy. And to leave again? WTH Savannah? And I knew that was him with the gun in the future with all that attitude!! He is my favorite character in this whole series. As a side note, if it takes all of that sacrifice and offering to one of the elite... no thanks. That mess is crazy too. One more book to go and can't wait to read it.

Different

Each book got more violent and full of gore, then the sex got worse and worse too. The story line was interesting and unusual. The ridiculous sex life of Braden was too much. I could get past most of it but books seven and eight really went too far for me. Body parts raining down, sacrificing babies, eyeballs exploding, people eating feces. Too bad because without that type of stuff taking over and ruining it for me, I would have really liked the series. The baby being sacrificed and descriptions of children in snuff videos means I won't read the last one

Roller Coaster

Wow. Exhausting. Wonderfilled book. I was appalled at how dark and deep this series has gone. Disturbing, but you can sense some shred, no lots of truths to this series. It keeps you on your toes. Dizzying at times, completely grossed out at times and alwsys cheering for the heroine & hero!!

Wow!

This is such a great series. I discovered it a few weeks back and I read it all. It pulls you in and punches you. I wasn't ready for the places it takes you. What seemed to be a sweet book about high school kids, bullying and genetics is now messing with history.
