Spoiler alert .... I really enjoyed these as I did the first three. They are great stories with wonderful characters and plots. I love the complexity of the mystery. Unfortunately, this is greatly overshadowed but the lack of editing and proofreading done. There are many instances of the wrong word used or word duplication (often with conflicting meanin). In book 4 ( and an earlier book she used the word "straffed" do describe the characters movement but that word does not mean that, it means a form of firing like suppressive firing. Further, she confuses and mixes up her characters in many scenes. I was happy in book 5 that the main character did not again make stupid choices that got her a position to need to be rescued by a man, but she still lost her gun again! A FBI agent would not lose their gun in every fight.
