About the author

I began writing dark erotica in 2014. I found that it really irritated me how authors bring down their male leads and make love stories sappy. I continually began to feel unfulfilled with reading. So I wrote a book how I like to read it. I find that although my stories are full on and seem a bit much, so many of my readers have connected to them. I try to tone it down ever so often in my books, but I find I write better the harder the material I write about.

Пореден епизод приключения из книжния боклук. Поуките отново не са малко.

Конкретно това боклуче е относително безобидно - класически бодис рипър с патила̀, неразбирателства, малко убийства и забързан хепи енд, все едно на авторката хич не ѝ се приключваше с неразбирателствата, но неохотно пожали клетниците и им осигури “и заживели щастливо”.

Окрилена, реших да се поразровя какви ги пише тази жена със странно име, и клинично-професионалният ми интерес скочи до небесата. Оказа се, че тази мацка, освен проблеми с граматика и проблеми с правописа в някакви по-стари свои боклучета (всъщност е толкова неграмотна там, та изпитвам съмнения дали е учила нещо след 5-ти клас), обича да представя психопати. И то не какви да е, а реалистични! Т.е. романтика - йок (даже и “мрачна”), но пък какви образи на насилници! Всичко, което познаваме под доста безобидното название “домашно насилие”, тук е описано с дълбоки подробности.

И тъй, психопатът-насилник:

✔️ е с емоционалната зрялост на себично, разглезено и необуздано 5 годишно дете, и първосигнален като кучето на Павлов;

✔️ никога и за абсолютно нищо не носи отговорност и няма никакви задължения към околните (напротив - те са му длъжници). Ако героинята - след скандал с него - я приемат в болница с комоцио и счупени ребра, вината си е само нейна. Толкова ли не може да прави каквото ѝ се каже? И изкарва клетника извън релси?

✔️ съвсем не му липсва изобретателност и градация. Ако жертвата е кротка, сплашването за начало работи. Но на психопата това бързо му омръзва - няма тръпка. И почва да я дебне къде ще сгази лука. Сложила си е секси рокля? Усмихнала се е на касиера в магазина? Уличница. Непоправима. И се почва емоционалният тормоз и унижения. Но и те са слаба бира. Тъй като тя току все нещо ще се обади - почват да ѝ се появяват синини. Ако вземе да бяга, бързо ще се сдобие със заплахи за живота или минимум за осакатяване. Ако не поддаде, или вземе че се намери кой да я защити - психопатът насилник обръща плочата и започва да хленчи колко тя не го разбира и не му дава шанс, причинява му страдание, изобщо - ужасна твар.

И да - това се води “мрачна” романтика. Без частта с романтиката. И си има фенклуб - жени! На този фон бодис рипърите са като проклети захарни арлекинчета…

Изпаднах в пълно двоумение за звездите. Но това тук става, защото няма психопат в него. Другото обаче е удивително - но не чак толкова, все пак именно тази аудитория си избра Тръмп.

I love her story telling, her Alpha's are always possessive,brutal with their love. Angst is always apart of her story's and sometimes it's impossiable not to throw my kindle around:))

I have to say this is the most mellow books I’ve read by this author so far compared to the others.

There’s OW drama but not on the level where the cheating is thrown in our faces every other paragraph. There was actually a decent plot that keeps you wanting to read more. The H and the h have a history that comes back to destroy their love at every twist and turn.

There is child death mentioned in this book in case others have triggers with this subject.

I would not recommend this to readers such as myself. For those of you who can stomach intense situations, that are long lasting, abusive, and threatening, then by all means proceed. The entire book is focused on loving the antagonist who beats her, and I can't handle it. As a reader, I become what I read as I consume it. The book is short, finished it in two sittings (because I do work all day, and have to get up early) but exhausting. I found myself constantly wondering if I should finish it, because I couldn't handle it all. As an abuse survivor it was extremely traumatizing, and as an avid reader who was extremely excited by the prospect of this book, I was extremely disappointed.

Again, many people loved this book, and I'm happy for them; and I'm proud of how accomplished the author is. However this book didn't sit right with my beliefs, and no matter what you believe in, I feel as though I need to remind you NOT to romanticize either of the main characters' behavior. Truly and thoroughly upset, I wrote a review on every site I could find to try and remind people: DON'T ROMANTICIZE ABUSE. I feel as though the author did a very good job in not allowing it to happen; and the emotions were easily believable, but for those of you that have a mindset as that, read this book. It might just put your thoughts into check.
