Have you ever known your life was about to change? That feeling when you know things are going to start to get better? Hidden Agendas
This was a fun and quick read short story. I enjoyed it and would like to read Tayler's story also. I do wish it would have been longer but that is because I was really getting into it. I finished it without putting it down so I could find out what happened. I was gifted this story from a friend who thought I'd enjoy it and she was right.

A new author! A new book! Romance and suspense! My kind of story! It was a fast paced story, but clearly had a great foundation with characters and how everything played into each other. I loved the whole suspense in this story and almost wish it could have been more but it definitely was a great read. I found myself laughing out loud with Ava because her character was a bit of a spit fire with some serious stubbornness. I loved her character.
Andrea Bills definitely has a passion for writing and it's clear throughout her book. Brian was also a funny character. He definitely has a very strong Alpha "my way or the highway" personality. I love the back and forth banter between the two and the chemistry they shared. Honestly, I didn't want to story to end. I wanted more of that suspense. I am so used reading lengthy stories that I just wanted more. For the length of the story, the author was clear and concise. She kept my interest as a reader all the way through and actually had me guessing up theories in my head. I love when an author can take me on the journey with the books characters and Andrea delivered.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and I am looking forward to reading Tayler's story because I know she too will be quite an interesting character.

Hidden love
Ava starts a new job that she immediately thinks she needs to quit. When her eyes land on her boss, she definitely needs to quit. He is hotter than hot and also meaner than Oscar the Grouch. She becomes involved in a matter that has her fearful for her life. She is extremely independent and I liked that about her. She was very relatable for her age and what her goals were for life. When her boss, Brian, overwhelms her, she isn't sure what to make of it all.
Brian was a mystery about his feelings and actions. He came across gruff, bossy, and sometimes mean. It took me a while to fully understand his feelings and actions. I thought this was great that I was kept guessing on how he would react to Ava.
The secondary characters also made the story. Tayler is a great character to match with Ava's personality.
Overall I really liked this story. There were some errors that caused me to reread sections, but it was a story I enjoyed. I am excited to see what is next from this author.

For a First Book.. this deserves Five Stars.. it’s definitely a Romance Suspense..
The electrical chemistry between Brian and Ava can light up NYC! The Twists and Turns that Andrea created was unexpected and not a scene was predictable.
It’s a rare find for me to fall in love with the female character and even harder to insta love them, but Ava is such a relatable character that I was drawn to her from the very beginning. She is awkward and funny as hell! She wears her emotions and not afraid to give someone her opinion no matter who they are! She is strong and independent but also vulnerable.
Brian will definitely become your dream of a #sexyboss he is bossy one minute and will totally grant your every wish the next, even feeds the poor! The fact he is beautiful with Tats will close the deal!
Truly enjoyed this story, if you are looking for a light and fun read then this book is for you. I can’t wait to read the next book and this series.

What Hidden Agendas lacks in length it makes up for in plot. The action is fast paced and there is never a dull moment. Brian is a successful business man in Louisiana and Ava is hired on as his personal assistant. Working a desk job in his construction company ends up being a much more dangerous situation than Ava could have ever imagined. Being the controlling man that he is, Brian quickly sets out to shelter Ava and control what she does, all with her protection ultimately in mind. Brian was a good balance of Alpha-hole and caring lover. Ava is a nice blend of independent and subservient. The two characters worked well together and I enjoyed their story. I will definitely read Hidden Enemies, which feature the secondary characters from this book Tayler & Calvin.
I ended up giving this book 4 stars instead of 5 due to editing issues. There were several instances where incorrect words were used (for example Wondered instead of Wandered, or Face instead of Fact). I'm hopeful that later editions of this book will have small errors like that corrected.

SaSS 2017, I met Andrea, she is a new member of the Iamabookhoader family, you know Helene Cuji's squad! I did not have the opportunity to get to know her then. However, recently she reached out and reintroduced herself, explained her new book and I was hooked, purchased it. Today, I read the book, for a new author it's well written and flows so smoothly. Andrea gives depth to her characters, and mystery build up was good. The plot is not overly twisty but yet not simple either; it was balanced. Not giving anything away, I will say it's not a typical romance mystery story. I enjoyed reading this story and look forward to Tayler's story coming this fall.

My first romantic suspense, and I'm so glad it was! I didn't know what I was getting into, but once I was in, I didn't want to put it down. I was thrilled by the unexpected romance and mystery!! This book is definitely a must read!

Why did I wait so long to read this book? It was so good, sexy, suspenseful and twisty - loved it! This is a great fast paced quick read. I can't wait to read the rest of Andrea Bill's books.

Suspenseful Romance!!
I loved Ava and Brian’s story! The twists and turns Andrea writes always have me in suspense! Eva’s insecurities were absolutely endearing!! I really enjoyed Hidden Agendas! Mystery, suspense, and a HEA!! Must read!

Good God! So bloody cliché. I've read a lot of crap (who hasn't) but this one tops them all. Her new boss insists she stay at his home when her home is broken into and if she doesn't get in the car she'll get a spanking. That's when I called it quits and actually demanded a refund. Give me a fucking break!

Hidden Agenda intrigued me from the beginning as it spun a web of mystery and suspense in this action packed adventure.
Ava was recently hired as a personal assistant to the CEO of a well established construction company. With her foot in the door, all she had to do is learn the ins and outs of the business. Kimberly was glad to have some of the workload taken off her hands.
Brian wasn't your typical CEO. Dressed in tight dirty jeans, a shirt that clung to those muscled biceps and abs with a tool belt that hung lowly on his hips. Nope. Definitely not your normal alpha CEO. Sparks fly between him and Ava.
As the story unfolds, Tayler and Ava's apartment is robbed. Was anything stolen? Whose room did the robbers concentrate on destroying and why? Could this robbery be related to Brian's enemies?
As Brian and Ava are approaching a restaurant, bullets start flying! Who is killed?
The detective suggests to Brian that Ava is behind the attacks since she has gotten close to him and is in a financial crisis. Is Ava behind these attacks for Brian's money?
Dave and Sasha are Brian and Ava's bodyguards. Will the bodyguards be able to protect Brian and Ava?
Once the pieces of the puzzle start to fall in place, you will find out who the killer(s) is/are, the motive and who all is involved. The ending will surprise you! I loved the banter between the hot, controlling Brian and the smart, stubborn Ava.
It was nice to read a book that didn't go into intricate sex, even though I like it as well. Great job on this fabulous book Andrea Bills!

Great, Quick Read!
I enjoyed this novella very much. Brian was absolutely swoon-worthy. #ILoveAlphaMen Ava was the perfect blend of spunky and vulnerable. Together, they were a great couple to read about. The story was very enjoyable. It could have used one more time with a proofreader as there were a few minor errors that my OCD brain wouldn't let me bypass.
Overall, a great read.

I enjoyed this book, hot alpha and sassy heroine with intrigue and suspense. I felt the attraction/love relationship developed way too fast and a bit unrealistically. I would've loved to see the attraction build rather than bam! I still really enjoyed it and would love to read more books from the author.

This is my first book from Andrea Bills and she has caught me as a fan from the begining of her book to the end. I love the characters andI can feel them though their words and the actions.. This Author as many others write with the passion for herreaders and to bring their story out for everyone to read. I feel that Andrea Bills for sure has a new reader, I am really interested in her books know.
When you first open the book you might have your own feelings or thoughts about this book. When I first opened it I read at least 1/2 of the book before I went tobed. The Author has put all the characters in the right places. You will meet Ava, Dave,Brian and you as a reader would have to decide which character or any if you will like. I really like Brian because he kept their relationship low key and didn't let it bother the work place evironment. I as a reader would love to see book 2 out of this book. It was powerful and moving at the sametime.

So many twists and turns
Wow going In i devoured this story in one sitting I really couldn't put it down! This is a new author to me and she captured me in the Begining with the cover and title than I read the prologue! Wow this book had some major twists and turns! Ava starts a job and meets Brian her boss but this is not the typical work for your boss want to sleep with your boss story! This author mAde this story very capturing and I loved it and looking forward to reading more of her work in the future!!!

This story was short. less than 100 pages. It is a very quck read. I liked tjat it was a quick read.
I was not a fan of the stpry. If you like stories of dominating and cotrolling men, then this is a story for you. Dominating men are not my cup of tea, so i did not enjoy it much
The "thrilling" part of the story is lacking and I feel that the autbor could have done a lot more with that part of the story instead of trying to write such lame characters.
All in all, I wasn't impressed.

Workplace romance

I really enjoyed this book. The MMC is a typical alpha bosshole but there’s no denying that the chemistry between the main characters was electric. With plenty of plot twists and action, I was thoroughly entertained.
This was on the shorter side but the author managed did a great job ensuring that this a well fleshed out book. As much as I liked this story, I most likely will not continue on in the series.

I absolutely enjoyed this book! Andrea created the perfect cocktail of sexy flirty fun and suspense.

Really good
I intended to read just a few pages of this book before going to sleep 2hours later I was still reading I just couldn't put it down. I loved the characters in the book and really brought in to them straight away and the twists were great. Highly recommended 😀

Mayhem and romance are my kind of books. You could almost feel the sparks when David and Ava met..Then came the drama came and it became to much to deny. Can't wait to see what's next.

I absolutely love a book with sexual tension, suspense and even some action! I don’t know if I could have kept my hands off Brian as long as Ava did? He sounds like someone I would jump all over! This one hit all the marks for me. I can’t wait to read the next book!

Escape in a book with a twist

Holy Macaroni!
Where do I start with this book? It has hot alpha hottie, it has suspense, and it has hotter than hades chemistry. I loved the banter between Brian and Ava. It keeps the sexual tension going. You can just feel the electric charge between the two as their story unfolds. The plot was believed and the twist was out of nowhere, I didn't even see it coming. I will definitely be recommending this book to friends and waiting not so patiently for Andrea's next release.

This is my first read by this author, she has gained a new fan. I really enjoyed this story! The characters were fantastic and it was a great plot. The action and mystery added to the growing romance between Ava and Brian made this a real page turner. The story is well written and pulled me in from beginning to end. I can't wait to continue with Tayler"s story.

Wow Weeee....what a great book. I couldn't figure out what was going to happen next. Very good writing, you can picture everything the author says. I will keep reading her books. Waiting for her next book to be published, excellent writer.
