If like me you've read the Determined Prince which started this prequel series then you will be delighted to finally find out how Ivar finally finds himself a bride. His journey started with him in a bar being confused with a drag queen so I thought that hopefully this book would be hilarious but actually no it didn't go in that direction really. These stories are what happened before the Galaxy Brides started going to Quirlixen so it's interesting seeing how the cat shifters and the dragon shifters originally interacted.
Prince Ivar of the Cats and Prince Finn of the Draig are friends who have sneaked through the portal without permission determined to find wives to prove that mating with humans is not only possible but vital. Yet there are those on their home planet that are equally determined to oppose that idea and close the portals for good. Ivar gets stranded on Earth but not before he briefly encounters a human woman who captures his attention. Alone Ivar knows he has to wait a whole year before everything alines and the portal will reopen. He tries to find the missing Draig who came through before him but when he does it's awful timing as he thinks he has found his mate!
I really did enjoy finally getting to know what happened to Ivar and just how he got together with Beth but sadly for me this story lacked something. I adore that these stories by this author are usually funny and hot and perhaps that is what I missed. Beth is bright, capable and maybe a bit lonely ( not that she would admit it ) but I really missed the more fiercely independent heroines that we've had in the past. I guess the total lack of sass was what I missed. Yes there's a slight misunderstanding but for this reader it lacked passion. It's nice how the stories overlap giving readers different points of view and perspective so clearly a book that will be enjoyed by fans of the author but sadly not my favourite.
This voluntary take is of an advance copy and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

Get That Tiger!

God I love these Dragon Lords, but I love the Var too......They are so hot! These were the first to go to earth to find women before the Portals were closed and the Galaxy Alien Mail Order Brides started shipping woman to Qurilixen.

Prince Ivar never imagined that Prince Finn had concocted a scheme to stay on earth in hopes of getting the Elders to leave the Portals open. But Ivar turned the tables on Finn, he shoved him into the Portal and the human female who saw them fighting also, but he never thought he would run out of time and get stuck on earth. Almost a year has gone by and he decides to go to New Orleans where another Portal is and where the draig that escaped his planet are said to be. He never imagined to bump into the enticing female that escaped his sight the night he was stranded on earth...Maybe the Gods have sent him a female afterall, now he must decide if his people are more important than his mate Beth. Can a stubborn macho man woo and convince an independent female to go back to his planet with him?

This was a very enjoyable, fun, short read. We finally find out what happened to Prince Ivar when he was left on Earth when the portal closes. He finds Beth, the woman who saw and took pictures of him and realizes that she is his mate. This story was fun an adventurous and I have been waiting to find out what happened to Ivar since I read 'The Misterious Prince'. I enjoy the Quirilixen books so much and this was another fun read in the prequel series. Can't wait to read more. Definitely a recommended read!

I loved this book! I recently listened to the audiobook for Stranded with the Cajun and completely fell in love with it and now I'll listen to the whole series if I can. I listened to Mischievous Prince and immediately had to listen to this one as soon as I finished it. I really loved Ivar and I felt horrible that he ended up stranded in Mississippi when the portal closed after he and Finn went to Earth to find brides. He was very uncomfortable there, and being left behind after forcing Finn (and his bride) back was very frightening for him.

I was actually very disappointed that the story cut to eleven months later and I didn't get to see him acclimate to Earth, how he took care of himself and survived alone with practically nothing. I mean, it was explained briefly and I was satisfied in that I had the knowledge and that the story wasn't meant for that part, but what happened from the eleventh month onward, but I still wanted to live through it with him.

I thought Ivar very sweet, honorable, and kind, and was very saddened for the loneliness he experienced for the eleven months. Beth is a struggling painter and was captivated by the photograph that she accidentally took of Ivar and was inspired by. I really liked her personality. She was very drawn toward Ivar, but frightened of him when she discovered him not human. I liked that her reactions weren't drawn out, and the action of what happens in the story puts things in perspective real quick. I was completely hooked to the story.

I loved Stranded With the Cajun more than Mischievous Prince, but this one is my favorite.

I listened to this narrated by Sarah Pavelec. I really enjoyed her narration and how natural everything sounded. I also liked how she voices the different characters and does accents. I usually like a male voice to narrate male characters (even if only in dual audio), but I really like Sarah doing the whole thing. I can't wait to listen to more!

Overall: 5 stars
Performance: 5 stars
Story: 5 stars

Michelle Pillow- Headstrong Prince (Captured By A Dragon -Shifter Book 6)

At last we get to see what happens to Prince Ivar, the Var Prince that got left behind at the end of Book 5 - The Mischevious Prince. Needing to make sure the Draig Prince gets back to his planet and also sending the woman who saw the two Princes in shifter form through the portal was a brave move. Unfortunately it left Ivar on Earth as the portal closed and would not reopen for another year.

This story reveals what happens to Ivar during that year and the difficulties he found trying to adapt and stay inconspicuous while stranded on earth. Ivar is a bit more serious than the other Princes, still his situation led to some pretty comical situations. He has quite the adventure leading him from Mississippi to New Orleans, where he hopes to find some of the Draig shifters who had gone through the portal and decided to stay and become "Cajuns" in hopes of finding wives.

Beth is an artist trying to find her "inspiration" so that her work is taken more seriously and eventually makes it into galleries. After a chance sighting of Ivar she begins to paint this mysterious man with the glowing eyes. When she meets him in person she finds more is inspired than her art and serious sparks fly between them.
This was quick read but was a well developed very enjoyable story full of adventure, lots of humor, and sexy romance. It is actually a sequel to Book 5. It also ties in much of the overall background story of these portal hopping Princes and Draig shifters, so it is highly recommended that this very funny exciting sci-fi romance series be read in order.

Wrapping Up the Series with Prince Ivar

Audiobook Review:
It's ironic that this series is called Captured by a Dragon-Shifter, as this book actually has a cat shifter from Qurilixen as the hero. This book shows what happened to Prince Ivar after he was left behind on Earth in book five of the series. He's going to be stuck on Earth until the portal to Qurilixen comes back around in about a year. During that time, he meets a female whom he soon comes to believe is his mate, but of course, human females don't have that same immediate strength of knowing. The two certainly share an attraction and chemistry, but will she be willing to leave Earth to be with her alien prince? I like how the author ties up some loose ends from this series in this book, as we spend a fair amount of time in Cajun country with the dragon shifters who have come through the portal when they weren't officially sanctioned to do so and stayed on earth. Ivar goes through a growth arc as these dragon shifters first capture him and he then learns more about what being on Earth means to them. I liked the heroine and how she seemed like such a good match for Prince Ivar. The author also wrapped up some details about the higher-up official we learned about at the end of book 5; we learn what happens to him when he goes to Earth. This appears to be the final book in the series. I wish there were many more princes and shifters to have stories about, as I have really enjoyed this series.

I received a promo code for this book, but that did not affect my review.

A simply splendid read, thoroughly enjoyed riveting read was
This was a simply splendid read that had my attention right from the very start Prince Ivar was difficult to say the least when it came to travel via portals to Earth however after Finn had basically teased him into it they ended up in of all places New Orleans and what an education.
Finn and Ivar are accidently separated and Ivar is like a fish out of water with very little idea of Earth and what is acceptable and boy does he make some mistakes, some real lou-lous in fact.
Beth is an artist that has been trying desperately to make ends meet and things had been very difficult of late, when she meets Ivar it is as though her art has once again come to life and se eats and breaths it.
However, Ivar is guarding a secret far more important and far larger than Beth could ever have envisioned, he is a Dragon Shifter and the bond that is developing with them is grow
Beth is a struggling artist and has lost her mojo. She needs a new muse to ignite the passion inside her. When she sees Ivar mid shift and catches it on her camera, she creates some of her best work. But when she stumbles into Ivar once again, he brings trouble of the dragon variety with him and they end up with more than a burgeoning bond between them!
A great read.

Prince Ivar was reluctant to through the portals to Earth but egged on by his friend, Finn, they stumble in New Orleans and hilarity ensues! Finn proposes to just about every female he sees and gets rejected at every turn, even though he is a very handsome lad. But when he tried to pull a fast one and stay on Earth, Finn and Ivar come to blows and Ivar is accidentally left behind when the portal closes.

Not exactly immersed in Earth customs and language, Ivar makes a life for himself, all the while searching for the dragon shifters who had defected through the portal, to order them home and save the portals from closing.

I love the way these stories overlap, so you see the same scene from different viewpoints. Ivar is a bit of stickler for the rules, so he is a great counter point to the arty, bohemian Beth. I loved the sub story of the dragon-shifter defectors and it was a great way to catch up with characters from the other books. The misinterpretations of earth behaviour is hilarious!

You gotta feel for these fellas. Their homeworld, Quirlixen, is beautiful, lush and verdant, with three suns generating a special radiation to make them strong, healthy, and very long-lived, and reducing the birth-rate for girls to almost zero. Single women are nearly non-existent, their species is in danger of dying out, but there are just not enough visiting females willing to stay on a planet full of male shifters, no matter how handsome and sexy...

In desperation, the ruling royal families begin to search other planets, no matter how primitive, for compatible females. When the portal to their original planet is re-discovered, it seems like a sign from the gods, and the princes are sent through to investigate. The planet they escaped from centuries before is now over-crowded, and still fairly primitive, with an apparent abundance of single women. Surely they would jump at the chance to leave everything behind and marry a prince? How hard can it be to find a bride?

But when catshifter, Prince Ivar is stranded on the planet for a year, he soon discovers that 21st century Earth women are not the fragile creatures he was led to believe, and rather than being desperate to find a man to look after them, they can look after themselves!

I would have liked to read a little more about Ivar's sojourn on Earth, much of the humour in the previous books in this series stems from the almost medieval attitudes of the Quirlixen men, and their misunderstandings of modern Earth languages and customs, and this book had less than usual of Ms Pillow's clever dialogue. For anyone new to this series, I would suggest starting with the earlier books, far better to read them in order.

I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.

4 1/2 stars. Recommended.

Headstrong Prince is the sixth book in the Captured by a Dragon-Shifter Series by Michelle M. Pillow.

I was waiting to see what happened to Prince Ivar, The Var Prince that was left behind on Earth in the previous book, The Mischievous Prince.

The Draig and Var Prince decided that they would help their people by going through the portal to bring back women to marry to help their lack of female problems.

Prince Ivar was accidentally left behind on Earth, so he decided to try to adapt to his environment. As a prince, he decided he would find the Draig shifters would went against orders and went to the portals on their own.

Beth is an artist. She accidentally took a picture of Prince Ivar. Not seeing him again for a while, she begins to paint pictures of him. Until they met again.

This was actually very enjoyable for me. I like the sense of humor. I love how much adventure there was in this book. I normally like it better when they are not on Earth because I find it more enjoyable when the women are on a new planet or maybe because I know Earth too much and like the new things in Quirlixen. This was a quick read.

Headstrong Prince is the 6th book in the Captured by a Dragon Shifter series. When 2 shifter brothers go to Earth to find mates something happens by accident.. FInn is a Prince of the Royal Dragon Family and a Dragon Shifter in search of a human wife. Ivar is a Prince of the Royal Cat Shifter family and he to is in search of a human wife.
There is a reason for them to search for human wives as on there home world all of the female shifters have stopped baring children.. hopefully the human brides will be there answer for saving there world.
Ivar is a fun loving and very caring Cat Shifter... I love how he cares and wants to protect the woman he has found.
Beth is human and very beautiful.. Beth is also an amazing artist.. while taking pictures of the city of New Orleans and the college Oxford she accidentally gets a picture of Ivar. for some reason she can not get him out of her mind.
If the 2 were to meet the pull would be like dynamite exploding throughout there bodies. A very special union and blending of emotions.
I loved reading Headstrong Prince.. Ivar's and Beth's story is very exciting and fun to read. Definitely worth 5 stars and more.

HEADSTRONG PRINCE is another Qurilixen World Short Novel and the sixth installment in the Captured by a Dragon-Shifter series by Michelle Pillow. This is another fun and steamy story of two different worlds, culture and well different everything, collide trying to find brides.

Ivar, Prince of Var has been stranded on Earth while Draig Prince Finn and an Earth woman make it to Qurilixen. It will be a year before the portal opens again.

Finding his mate and losing her the first night on Earth, Ivar.has spent his time looking for her. Almost a year later he finds her, but the Draig that defected to Earth are there too and they have kidnapped Ivar and the woman to the deep swamps. Ivar knows they must get free and back to Qurilixen before the portals are closed forever and possibly stop a war between the Var and Draig starts.

The action is intense, the romance as tender as it is steamy, and the strong characters admirable. Anxiously awaiting the next installment and highly recommend it to all.

If you like fantasy romance on an intergalactic planet and some steamy and fun reading, this series is for you.

Headstrong Prince: Ivar and Beth
Prince Ivar came through the portal with another prince, without permission, to travel to earth in search of mates. He was stranded when he pushed his friend through the portal just as it closed, He'd have to wait for it to open again. What would happen when he didn't return?
His planet needed wives, mates. Female children were no longer being born. If they couldn't change that they were doomed.
During his extended reluctant stay, he was drawn to a female. Could he talk her into coming back with him? Beth was not the only surprise he found. He had a political situation that required a solution.
I've read the other books in the series, each is a complete story, and while I love their planet stories, the guys are ill prepared to mix with earth and try to woo mates. Their naivety is full of laughs, there are touching love stories, interesting characters with loyalty and honor, and a wonderful world created with the imagination of the author. Thank you, Michelle Pillow.

Prince Ivar and Prince Finn went through the portals from Qurilixen to earth looking for women to bring home with them to mate and also to try and convince their parents not to close the portal, their only hope for saving their planet. Since female offspring were no longer being born they needed to find mates off planet and they knew the humans were compatible. Prince Finn tries to trick Ivar into leaving him on earth so they would keep the portals open for another year to let him back in. Ivar throws Finn through the portal and the woman that saw him do it. When he tries to follow them the portal has closed trapping him on earth for a year. He is stunned and doesn’t know what he will do. He sees a woman taking pictures and is drawn towards her. He thinks she is his mate. Unfortunately, she disappears and he could never find her. What’s a prince to do on earth with no skills?? Will he survive the year on earth and will he ever find his mate?

Another great book in the series. Can’t wait for the next one!!

This is the final book of this section in the Qurilixen world. It was a heartwarming ending & a perfect segue into the next part of the Qurilixen world.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
If you remember from the last book, Ivar, is stuck on Earth for a year & he very much dislikes Earth. He sees 1 ray of hope then sadly, he loses it. Fast forward almost 12 months later. Ironically, in another state, he sees his ray of hope again which triggers a plethora of events, one after the other. He finally meets Beth, his hope. Special guests, the dragon shifters of NOLA, drug & kidnap them both to take them to the swamp. Lori scolds the "Cajuns" while Beth gets Ivar in line. We are also reminded that Lori & Drake "of the Cajun" have a DAUGHTER!!!!!! Beth gets her hearts desire. Plus cats and dragons learning football........hysterical.
This section finale has it all! Action, suspense, love, tenderness & a villain finally getting what he deserves. This book is beyond HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! IT'S A MUST!!!!!!!
I can't wait to start reading the next section of Michelle M Pillow's wonderful Qurilixen world!!!

Love these feel good books!

Okay if you have been following along the series, you are on the edge of your seat awaiting the story of Ivar stuck on Earth and we get that story but not what others speculate from Finn's story. It is so much better! You empathize with the guy as you see him surviving in a world unfamiliar to him and how resilient he adjusts. However no place beats being home. So as Ivar glimpse his dream girl that initial day, he loses her only to do what needs done before the portal reopens in one year. And as fate (or our romantic author) orchestrates that Ivar does get another opportunity for his dream girl, Beth. He does see those dragons defected from his home planet and gets their explanations but what he gains from his Earth trip is so much better - his true mate. Love it! Love it! Love it! The humor, dynamics and just general personalities of the characters make this story a very enjoyable read. Plus you just feel good after reading it.

I love how this book takes place at the same time as the previous one (Mischevious Prince) and it also gives you a fuller picture of what happened before THAT fight between Finn and Ivar. That said you don't nee to have read any other books to feel fully involved with this one, that is the magic of this author's works. Ivar had not intended to stay on Earth but was stranded there so he decides to make the best of it and try to find out what has been happening with those from his own planet who are choosing to stay on Earth. He meets Beth and knows that she is his mate although he never actually mentions love. Beth falls for the honourable prince and she helps him to put together the proof to take back to his world. While she knows that she has fallen for him and that he cares for her, there is nothing to suggest that he would want to be with her always. When the times comes for him to return home will she go with him or will she remain on Earth?

This is the sixth installment in the Captured by a Dragon Shifter series and is Prince Ivar and Beth's story. Prince Ivar is a Var cat shifter and is accidently trapped on Earth when a portal from Quirelixen closes before he can re enter. Prince Finn and Ivar had come to Earth to find mates in an attempt to convince the royals to keep the portals open. Prince Ivar is trapped for a year until the portal opens again. In that time he finds Beth a human artist as well as other dragon shifters that had snuck through the portal in an effort to find mates. I was quite amused by the storyline especially how clueless the shifters were about Earth customs and terminology. Beth and Ivar have some fairly major issues to resolve as well as misunderstandings before they can see their HEA. I highly recommend this entertaining tale!.

I am enjoying reading this shifter series which features many different species, I have a hard time picking a favourite, is it a dragon or a cat or...... This book feats Ivar, the cat shifter prince left behind by his dragon-shifter friend, Prince Finn in the last book of the series, Mischievous Prince. Beth is the human destined for Ivar she's an artist and photographer and the perfect person to educate Ivar about Earth a place where he is like a fish out of water. Beth is a strong character who jumped in to try and protected Ivar from the dragons. This one isn't this authors best but it was still enjoyable and I liked that Ivar was guided by his instincts and fought off the evil shifters.

I liked that they both gained from their growing relationship, she found a new muse after seeing Ivar mid-shift, something she was able to photograph after which she produces some of her best work.

This is the story of what happened to Ivar when he and Finn went through the portal in Mischievous Prince. Finn made it back to Qurillixen but Ivar did not and now he must wait until the portal opens again in a year.

Love the characters - Beth, Ivar, Lori, Drake, and a whole bunch of Cajuns (Captured by a Dragon-Shifter Book 3). Ivar is driven by his princely duty to his world which does not make him popular with the Cajuns. Things move fast and that does not give Beth a whole lot of time to get to know Ivar and make decisions. I am glad that Ivar was able to relax his rigidity and actually come to a middle ground with the Cajuns. Thank heavens the conclusion wrapped up the Monty problem though there was still some loose threads on Qurilixen.

Great wrap up for the disappearing dragons. I have really enjoyed the Qurilixen stories and gladly recommend them.

I've enjoyed all the prequel novels to the Dragon Lords and Lords of the Var books, which I read before finding this series. Reading them out of order didn't spoil my appreciation for this series. In fact, it was interesting to see how some of the customs and beliefs mentioned in the later series came about. I've been looking forward to reading this story about Prince Ivar. The strong, silent, outwardly unemotional types are fun to see as they fall in love. As usual, I was charmed by the way Prince Ivar and the dragon shifters mentioned here were confused by earth customs and terminology. It was fun to have Drake, Liz, and the runaway dragons pop up in this one, and Beth and Ivar made a good couple. If you like steamy, funny, fantasy with likeable characters, good world building and a good story with some mystery thrown in, you'll enjoy this book and series.

Headstrong Prince Ivar is the story, I have been waiting for. In the last book, Mischievous Prince, Ivar is trapped on Earth for a year before the portal reopen in the same spot. He doesn't have enough Earth money to survive but the Louisianians helped Ivar by giving him food and then a job to make it through Earth.

Even before the portal has closed, Ivar has noticed a woman in a white skirt but lost sight of her. His second opportunity was seeing a glimpse of her taking pictures but he lost sight of her again. It was almost a year before he saw her again but this time, he was going to protect her from the rogue dragon-shifters that went to Earth without permissions by the Drags King and Queen.

Beth Watson has always looked through life through a lens. When a well-known artist looked at her painting and then pictures, the artist saw no life or emotion from Beth. The artist saw potential. She gave Beth a saving grace that if Beth wants her talent to be known, Beth needs to live and interact with life. Basically Beth needs to take chances in life.

What better way than trying to save Ivar's life and then being captured by the rogue dragon-shifters to their hideaway. It's time that Beth takes a chance. This book connects Drake and Liz from Book 3, Stranded with the Cajun.

There were a few humorous dialogue with the rogue dragon-shifters.

I am happy that the narrator, Sarah Pavelec is back to finish Ivar's adventure on Earth. It just makes sense to have the same narrator for these two books.

Prince Finn the Draig Prince and Prince Ivar the Var Prince decided that they are going to help their people by sneaking through the Earth portal to bring back women to marry to help with their lack of female problems. Prince Ivar is accidentally left behind on Earth after him and Prince Finn gets into a little altercation where he ends up pushing Prince Finn and Sadie through the portal. Ivar quickly realizes that he’s trapped on Earth and comes up with a plan to find the missing Draig shifters who have previously snuck through the pro tal to find out if they know of a way for him to get back home and to also force them to come back with him but what Ivar doesn’t know is fate has something else planned for him. Beth is a struggling artist who career is at a crossroads when she accidentally takes a picture of Ivar in mid-shift to then go on and paint several pictures of him like that. Beth and Ivar don’t cross path again for almost a year when Beth sees him talking to statue in New Orleans where once again she takes another picture this time of his eyes changing colors. Ivar then follows Beth back to her house where he tells her everything and she thinks that’s he’s a little crazy until the Draig Shifters shows up and they are kidnapped. If you want to know what happens with Ivar and Beth you better go and read this book trust me it is worth it.

I loved this installment of the Captured by a Dragon Shifter. Cat Shifter and friend to Prince Finn Prince Ivar is a by the book follow the rules kind of guy. Becomes trap on earth for an extra year when the portal him and Finn had traveled from closes. Now left to fend for himself he has no choice but try and survive till he can return home again. He has poor hopes of finding what he came for, his true mate ,maybe while he is here he could find a suitable bride and when he returns home the elders will see and leave the portal open for the others.
Beth is an artist trying to find a way to sell her art and make a living . When she searches for a muse she finds more then she bargain for.The last thing she expected was to fall into Ivar's world and into his arms.

My favorite thing about this series is that because the Qurilixen came from Earth, somewhere in medieval times, they they act sort of predictably. They revere honor and fortitude. Ivar is stuck on Earth in present day, yet he doesn’t wallow. He gets a job, continues to try to find a mate, and waits for the portal to reopen so he can go home. I think Beth is a little unhappy with her life at the moment. She credits living in New Orleans with giving her a mindset that kind of accepts Ivar’s existence. Their angsty romantic adventure appears to be progressing to mating, but when the time comes will she go to Qurilixen with him? Great read!

Loved this one! Super sweet! Loved the connection between Ivar and Beth; they are adorable together. Ivar takes a portal to Earth from his planet with Finn (Finn’s story was in the previous book); they are trying to find wives because of a lack of females on their planet. Also, some on their council want to close down the portals to Earth, so Ivar and Finn want to prove the benefit of finding human wives. Things go awry and Ivar ends up trapped on Earth for a year, so he sets out to find others like him that have come to Earth. Along the way, he connects with Beth, but things get in his way to happiness. Loved that Beth handles things really well; she’s a clear thinking lady! Fun shifter aspect with Ivar, cool action and scenarios, and passion! Entertaining read!

Prince Ivar and Prince Finn go through the portal to Earth to find brides so they can persuade the elders that the portal needs to stay open to save their race, but Prince Ivar becomes stranded on Earth and hates it. After nearly a year of surviving he is desperate to go home.
Celina does meet Ivar in passing but it is ten months before she runs into him again at the same time, he senses the rogue Draig are nearby. He chases her to keep her safe and in the confusion that follows they find themselves in New Orleans.
The chemistry between Ivar and Celina is undeniable but there are a lot of misunderstandings that get in the way. There are a few funny moments that add to making this another success.

…” in the end you always do what is right.”

Ivar and Finn had a simple plan when they went through the portal to Earth, it didn’t account for the portal closing unexpectedly early.

Beth is a painter and photographer looking for inspiration, never imagining she’d find it in a Cat-Shifter from another planet.

There is a lot tucked away in this done in one story, not the least of which is how easy it is to interpret what is happening, and what we’re seeing through the filter of our experiences, our hopes, our expectations, and even our fears. The same events can appear entirely different to two different people… or to the same person at two different times.

Getting home

In the previous book Ivar was stranded in Mississippi when the portal closed before he could cross over. Forcing him to spend a year surviving on earth. Beth is an artist that bounces around the south painting and photographing. On the first night they pass like ships in the night but it doesn’t stop Ivar from continuing to look for her as the year goes by. This story brings other story lines in from previous books. It’s not required to read them to enjoy the story but I think you would get more from read the others first. There’s adventure and misunderstandings and love. A quick but enjoyable read!

Book 6 in the Captured by a Dragon-shifter series set in the Qurilixen world. This one is about Prince Ivar, a cat-shifting prince, and independent human woman, Beth Watson. He is determined that his trip through the portal to find his mate will work but he had not counted on Beth. Although the attraction between them is great can two beings from different worlds really find lasting love and happiness? This well written and enthralling story leads you along the rocky road of their journey. I do love these Qurilixen World stories and the Princes looking for their true mates.
