Great teaching about how to handle money

This is a very elusive subject I think Paul make compelling comments and suggestions in this book that one ought to follow. Great book, I enjoyed reading it.

Excellent book. Gave me so much clarity into what God's plan for my finances was. So biblical, practical, and liberating. Would recommend it to anyone at any stage of life.

This book was written for Christians, especially those wanting to get their finances under control. There are many books available to help people with their money management. I'm a Barefoot Investor disciple, but Scott Pape does not place God first. I'm a Christian and I want to place God first and the area of finances has been one of the great battlegrounds for me over the years.

You need to be in the right headspace to read and appreciate the revolutionary nature of God, Money and Me.

It's a very simple book based on the premise that God is sovereign. Everything belongs to him. Every resource. Every possession. Every dollar. God's blessing are for his glory and the blessing of others. God first. God, Money and Me is challenging spiritually and defies conventional thinking. It's very counter cultural. The biblical based arguments the author puts forth are pretty much irrefutable in my opinion.

I would have enjoyed it more, or got more out of it, if it was shorter (I feel it's quite repetitive) and more practical (this is where Pape's work excels).

If you're finances are a mess or if your struggling to escape living paycheck to paycheck, you should read this book and prayerfully consider it's merits. Even if you're not a believer. If you're in trouble, why not try God's way.

Great message but took way too long to get there. This book couldve been cut in half and been sufficient.

Good concepts, but the writing is very repetitive and sometimes doesn’t get to the point.

Not much theology backing his claims, more what he thinks some scripture say
