After suffering a failed relationship with his first love, officer William (Will) Bracket transfers from New York to the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Division where he meets the love of his life, Gloria (Doc) Holiday. They quickly become entwined in the bed sheets and in the most bizarre investigation imaginable. Federal informants are missing and it is Will and Doc's job to unravel the mystery. The closer they get to understanding what is happening to the informants and who is behind their disappearance the more dangers they encounter.
