His industrial experience includes-design, production and tool-room supervision, planning and time and motion studies and method improvements in industries manufacturing drafting machines, diesel engines, automobile steering gears, hydraulic presses and textile and packaging machinery.Mr Joshi has been the Chief Designer and Methods Officer in Crompton Greaves (Mumbai) and Design Manager in Acro Whitney (Pune) and ZF Steering Gears (Pune). During his career of over four decades, he has designed hundreds of jigs and fixtures and scores of press tools.
