I love this book. It's written in a very poetic style, offering us a new approach to our daily yoga practice, but also the way we see the world or daily life duties. I felt the energy of this book as calming and nourishing. It's like a fluffy blanket covering my body on a cold evening. Like a peanut butter spread all over my warm toast.
I will definitely keep coming back here as this book is like a super cozy living room wherein you wanna snuggle on the carpet with your cat all day long.

I personally don't read this kind of book. How do you read and meditate at the same time? Maybe there is a class for that. It made me feel calm, safe and serene when someone read a passage to me. That feeling is undeappreacited . You have no idea how lucky you are.
