من وحي المسيح
شغلت ميخائيل نعيمه، طوال حياته الأدبية والفكرية، محنة الإنسان الممزّق أبدًا ما بين العلويّ الإلهيّ في ذاته، والسفليّ الترابيّ، حتّى لَيبدو أنّ الطريق الأوحد لخلاصه من الثنائية المدمّرة في ذاته هو أن يعرف كيف يعبر إلى الأحديّة الخالصة. من هنا، هذا الحضور الخاصّ الذي كان للمسيح في حياة نعيمه، الكاتب والإنسان. فكأنّ المسيح عنده هو بمثابة خارطة الطريق إلى ذلك العبور.

37 books98 followersوُلدَ المفكّر والقاصّ والشاعر ميخائيل نعيمه في بسكنتا عند سفح صنين عام 1889. تابع دراسته في فلسطين ثمّ في أوكرانيا الروسية، قبل أن يستقرّ في الولايات المتحدة حيث نال شهادة في الآداب وأخرى في الحقوق وأسّس مع بعض مجايليه من أدباء المهجر «الرابطة القلمية». عام 1932، عاد إلى بسكنتا حيث قضى وقته في الكتابة ولقِّب بـ «ناسك الشّخروب» لما اتّسم به نتاجه الأدبي من نزعة تصوّفية ورؤية فلسفية. توفّي عام 1988 عن 99 عامًا بعد أن أثرى المكتبة العربية بعشرات الكتب في مختلف المجالات الأدبية والفلسفية والشعرية.

It was a great journey to read this wondrous book, Mikhail asked a lot of smart interesting questions about the biblical story of Jesus from Mathew, Mark, Luke and John in calm way without any disrespect; He lets me see the bible in different angle and let me understand Christianity in deeper level that you will not get from any priest or any church .
He explains his point of view in simple understandable way. I found out that this way of thinking somehow similar to the Indian author Osho thinking way , also it shares the same message that had been written in his other work " The Book of Mirdad" no doubt that Osho loved The Book of Mirdad because both they are flying at the same heights and play at the same rhythm
In my opinion this book is a simplified version of the " Book of Mirdad "; so if you think that The Book Of Mirdad is a little bit complicated and hard to understand , you better try this one.
It is immensely highly recomanded book to read and re-read .
