I have enjoyed 4 previous books by author Scott Allan so much that literally I watch for his new releases so that I can snatch them up. Each of his books deal with our core issue of fear but each book focuses on a different slant as to how our fears impact us, how to recognize the fear, and how to embrace and work with it. RELAUNCH YOUR LIFE focuses on the need for the reader to get to know their self on a deeper level, understand the origin of their fear, recognize blame is a distractor, and love their fearful self. Without the essential component of self-acceptance and love of self, growth and forward movement will be thwarted. RELAUNCH YOUR LIFE has been everything I anticipated and hoped for. I recommend this book to everyone because we all hold onto our fears and we need to find our way through them.

In his writing, Scott Allan has a quality that invites the reader to hop on board and challenge them selves in the safety of his leadership. He breaks our fears down to be understood from a realistic perspective, which allows the reader to look at each situation from a new awareness of the opportunity that awaits them. His books always provide HOPE.

In his usual step-by-step approach, Allan has organized the content in RELAUNCH YOUR LIFE to define the 6 roadblocks that trap us, identify our struggles with change, and help us create better solutions. Our negative mindsets and emotions hold us back and he uses them to explain, justify, and validate the evidence for our need to change. He offers his own experiences as well as client examples to expand on his strategies, he outlines manageable steps for the reader in his "brick-by-brick" approach, and demonstrates that his roadmap for change is attainable -- it has worked well for him, his friends and his clients.

The quality I always appreciate in Scott Allan's books is the "troops in the trench" feeling of belonging to a large group who are battling a similar war -- misery loves company. He has a way in making us feel life is not over, we are not alone and change is possible. Through gradually creating a positive self-image, breaking old negative habits, projecting positive body language, and using his critical 9-step formula for gradually crafting ongoing change, he leads us on our RELAUNCH.

Relaunch You Life: Break the Cycle … —Scott Allan (13 chapters) Jan. 24-27, 2018

Let me start by saying that I didn’t think I had any of the issues that this book covers. However, I use to have these issues and I think of other family issues who do have these issues. If you blame others for actions out of your hands and don’t take responsibility for it, this book would be good for you. This is what I thought when I started to read this book….and then I dug deeper into reading it.

Reading this book is like looking back at my younger self. And I realized I still had issues, only I had buried them covered them up with other things.

So, the book is good to read for anyone and the strategies in this book even apply for people who do not (think they) have the main issues this book tackles. For instance: dealing with procrastination, and inconsistent behaviors. We all have these, as we are imperfect humans.

In the first section of the book (there are three sections in this book, but there is no distinction for this in the TOC,) the first chapter breaks down the main issues covered into Barrier/Action Tasks.

Because this book did not intimately concern me at the beginning, I skimmed/sped-read through that part book (and later sections as well.)

This book uses case studies. Personally, that has never work for me in self-help book.

As with every self-help book, the only way these techniques are going to be helpful is if we really want the change. This is a life change, not a pill that will make the issues go away. In the end, only the reader can make the changes for themselves.

Is this book going to motivate you enough to make that leap?

“Relaunch your life” by “Scott Allan” is a self-help guide covering all self-sabotage aspects. Every one of us has it, attempting to deceive us of facts and reality by offering us a false perception of reality. This book tells how to question your thoughts, accept different perspectives, and attract positivity in your life, by questioning your thoughts, accepting different perspectives, and accepting the different perspectives they can all be true.

Rather than presenting a gospel that everyone can accept, the book is intended to challenge the reader's beliefs, letting him take from it what they need for themselves, regardless of what society expects.

Overall, this is a must-read book for everyone, to understand how to be on a continuous self-improvement journey.

This book is a self improvement guide comprising of 13 chapter that only shown you the phychology of an effective individual and how to prepare the brain to find true success in any field of your life be it study, business, work , competative tests anyplace.

In this book you will find, significant hints, inspiration, more extensive parts of the world, remember your good fortune, short fascinating stories and substantially more.This book fills you with an uplifting outlook. Language is clear and incredibly direct.

The Book is very much organized and described very well with a simple and reasonable language. The cover and the title goes very well with it. Generally this an exceptionally persuasive book which filled me with energy and I might want to prescribe this book to everybody.

In this book there are 15 chapters which helps solve many issues and provide practical learning and wisdom through step by step process. The author has shared his own personal experiences to prove the point so that you can relate to it. The writing style of the author is smooth and flowing. Language used is simple and easy to understand. The flow of the book is well paced.

In nutshell, a helpful guide.

This the subheading of the book which made me grab a copy. The book is divided into several chapters where each chapter deals with a plethora of issues.

Also, I felt that one need not pick up from chapter one but go through the chapters and read which they want to deal with first.

I liked the authors practical and logical way of dealing with the issues which overwhelm us and sometimes the vicious cycle continues on and on.

I picked up many things and made a note of them to keep referring if I go wrong. The book has great exercises and it surely shows the expertise of the author.

Whoever wants to really " Relaunch their life " for a better life must check this book.

This book offers some great insights into negative mindsets that keep us trapped in our comfort zone. The one that struck a cord with me was about rejection. There are some good questions to ask yourself if these mindsets are holding you back. The last third of the book offers solutions. I would have liked a few more personal stories both from the author and others, especially on their own solutions. Overall it was a helpful book.

I loved this book

I loved this book by the fact that it got straight to the point and allowed you to absorbed the key points to take away.
I also found it helpful with the questions that you can answer in your personal journal to generate more new goals and objectives for your future.
But overall I throughly enjoyed reading it and I definitely will be rereading it again soon.

What a powerful book! I realized as I read this book that I had slipped into a world of gray and black. This book gave me the tools to confidently get out of the rut I was in and to understand what got me there and how to never go to that dark place again.

Great book, easy read

Allen lays out all the things you can do to make your life better. He does this in a non-threatening way that is easy to understand. Whether you are just getting started on your journey or are a seasoned self examiner, this book would be a great addition to your library.

Truly inspiring!

I enjoyed the freedom to read at my own pace, whether slow or fast, because each piece inspired deep reflection and encouraged me to rethink my perspectives. Most importantly, it gave me the courage to take bold, massive actions and encourage others along the way.

Another must book to have from Mr. Scott Allan. My favorite part is about the different types of mindset discussed in chapters 5-8 which can truly affect how we live our life by its quality. This book also provides a 9 step-formula in re-launching your life that is doable, practical and easy to follow.
