This was a quick, excellent read. It contains lots of Packers history, but it really is a book about leadership more than football. Mr. Phillips weaves a great narrative about Coach Lombardi’s life and how many of his principles ring truer than ever about how to lead in all phases of life. This isn’t a sports book that tries too hard to sell questionable leadership concepts, it is a thorough, solid volume about timeless leadership principles embodied and proven valid by Vince Lombardi.

Excellent book on leadership. Mr. Phillips does of great job of mixing Lombardi's story with merits of leadership. What I really like about Mr.Phillips books is the summaries at the end of each chapter. The chapter summaries makes the leadership lessons very digestible for anyone. Great read!
