It takes a while to get into because there are quite a lot of characters introduced early on and the point of view jumps around quite a lot. There are also several typos which is quite off-putting. However once the narrative settles into Bo's point of view it becomes very enjoyable. Even though this is part of a trilogy, there is a good resolution to this first book. I shall probably pass this on to one of my students to enjoy.

It's a magical and gripping children's book. I enjoyed it really. It's available in Amazon. So far the book has been self-published. Although I'm not a native English speaker I read it quite quickly. There are cute and evil characters as well and unexpected situations. I consider it a masterwork. It's also apt for children from the age of 6 if read by the parents. The kids and the parents as well, will be captured by the fairy tale.
