When a fireman hotter than the flames he battles rescues me, all I want is for him to hose me down. I never expect to see him again--until I realize he's none other than my new boss.
I blame my neighbors entirely. They can’t stop keeping me up at night, their headboard pounding against my wall for hours on end. When I try to get some work done while they’re going at it like bunnies, I can’t resist hopping into the shower for my own fun. A virgin deserves to enjoy herself too, right?
Except that I forget all about the cup of noodles in the microwave. Somehow two minutes becomes twenty, and then my house is engulfed in flames. I’m convinced I’m going to die. Then Leo swoops in and saves me in the nick of time.
I may be terrified and wet standing there in my shower, but I’d be dead if I didn’t see the way Leo looks at me. Like he wants me. But then our encounter ends as quickly as the fire started. I know we’ll never see each other again.
Except that fate loves to have other plans. When I go to an interview for a nanny gig, who but my sexy fireman answers the door, wearing nothing but a towel?
Now I’m his nanny, he’s my boss, and the flames of attraction between us are unstoppable. All I want is Leo to hose me down.
And if those flames become the bright blue flames of love? Then I want to get burned.
This fiery hot romance will get your blood boiling and your heart thumping! No cheating, no cliffhangers, and an HEA guaranteed.

Ruby loves coffee, kitties, and strong men who fall head over heels for that one special lady. She writes fun, steamy romance about sexy bad boys and alphas with heart. Her books bring the heat and always end with a sweet happily-ever-after.
She lives in the eastern mountains of the U.S. with her own alpha hero (who is secretly sweet to the core). She loves when a man knows how to handle his wood... one of the reasons she was drawn to her husband, a master carpenter whose engagement present was a custom writing desk.
When she isn't writing, Ruby enjoys spending time in her small garden, tending to the plants while daydreaming up new stories. When it’s dark outside, she likes to stoke a fire, pour some wine, and curl up with a steamy romance or watch Netflix with her honey.
First time I have read this author and I was rather impressed. Very insta. Now OW/OM drama. Hot sex scenes. Likable characters. Could have used an epilogue, but overall a very enjoyable way to spend a couple hours.
I recived an arc of this book. I really enjoyed this short but sweet story. You quickly fall in love with these characters and their story of finding each other. I laughed so hard at parts of this book aswell. A great job.

Ruby Steele delivers a funny, suspenseful and steamy story that's short and sweet

Morgan lives in a crappy apartment with "sex fiends" for neighbors. She hopes that her new job as a nanny will allow her to move soon because hearing them "go at it" three times before 4pm is getting old. It's time for soup and a shower. When Leo arrives at the site of a burning apartment, he doesn't expect to rescue a lady from her shower. Something about her draws him to her. After checking on her at the hospital, Leo figures he will never find her again. Imagine the surprise both Morgan and Leo get when Morgan shows up to apply for the position of nanny for Leo's daughter Adley. The chemistry between Morgan and Leo is hot enough to start fires- luckily Leo is trained as a firefighter! Loved this book! one of my most favorite scenes is the conversation between Adley, Leo and the lump of sheets. You'll have to read to figure it out.

Leo and Morgan. A very short simple (maybe too simple) read. Mostly steam. To be honest I skimmed most of it. But I was in a hurry and wanted to move on to the next book. Very safe. . I was annoyed by the kid who is supposed to be 6 but talks and acts older except when she is supposed to be cute (which is most of the time). She is a saccharin sweet plot device who conveniently disappears when crazy sex is to ensue. The usual insta lust turns overnight to insta love. SHe's a virgin, he's a firefighter who saved her bacon while naked (...er she was naked). There's a wee misunderstanding near the end that was stupid for the most part, but easily resolved. Sweet HEA. I think I read this in under an hour.
A short hot romance between Leo a sexy fireman and Morgan the virgin nanny he rescued. The book was well written but like most quick reads there was not a lot of character background. Leo wanted her from the beginning and even though Morgan was innocent she was a quick study so it didn't take long for their love life to be come steamy. I thought there was more steam then comedy in this book. If you like a shorter story with a lot of heat you will enjoy this book.

Dang, I wonder how many women will want to set their apartments on fire after reading this book! If all the firefighters are as hot as Leo, they would! Leo is drawn to Morgan from the instant he rescues her but he tries to maintain a professional demeanor for both their sakes. But he had no idea - nor did she - that the agency would send her to his door for the job as his daughter's nanny. Soon all three of them are falling in love, and it's just the sweetest thing to watch. And the hottest - this fireman really knows how to set the sheets on fire! Morgan and Leo meet under unusual circumstances. A fire started in her apartment while she was in the shower with Leo the one getting her out without a stitch of clothes on. She thinks she will never see him again until she goes for an interview for a nanny position when Leo greets her at the door. They have instantaneous chemistry but without telling each other this is more than a fling, someone is going to get hurt and it just might be a little six year old. Really enjoyed this short story.
Who doesn't like a story with a hot fireman in it. Her apartment starts on fire, while she is in the shower! He rescues her and can't seem to forget about her. He has a young daughter and is looking for a nanny and is shocked when she is the person that the agency sends for an interview. The book isn't that long and won't take long to read. I really enjoyed this book and would totally recommend it. read I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily reviewing it.
This was a cute story. It is a shorter story so it would be great for a quick afternoon read. Morgan and Leo had instant chemistry and I loved Adley. Despite Leo being her employer and Morgan being a virgin things got steamy pretty quickly. I enjoyed this story. *I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. A quick hot short story. The characters are likable, but not much background is developed for them. The story has a few funny moments, though not as funny as some of RS's other books. Great for an afternoon low stress read. *I received an ARC of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Just thee right amount of sizzle to light up your reader! This author was new to me but since instalove is one of my guilty pleasures, I stumbled upon this book and couldn't stop reading until I finished its goodness! I can not wait to read more.
Fun novella...short, sweet, sexy. Leo and Morgan are both likeable and had great chemistry, and his daughter is sweet too. This is definitely an insta-love/lust novella so the feelings are all quick. No major drama so an easy read on a lazy afternoon.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book I liked this very hot story although the story is quite simple and short. It does not take time to read and is well written.
Morgan accidentally sets fire to her kitchen and gets rescued by the fire service. Did I mention she was in the shower at the time. Leo happens to be the fireman who rescued her and now he can't get her out of his head. Imagine his suprise when she turns up at his doorstep the next day........
