A wonderful book. It helped me a lot to realize the importance of taking care of my health. Unfortunately, I had very serious health problems, I even suffered from erectile dysfunction, so I had to be treated at the gainswave com clinic. But this book helped me rethink my approach to my own health and now I do a lot of prevention of many diseases

جيد جداً ، لكن المبتدئ في عالم الرياضة لن يستطيع فهم شرح التمارين ، مالم يكن على علم مسبق بالتمرين !!!
