This beautifully written collection of essays transported me back to my home in Washington. Longing to live with the trees again. Thankful for the opportunity to live and grow among the trees. Fighting and finding my way back to them.

I love how the author sees so many positive things in the way of life of the people in Castle Rock, his own life included.
