Love Bite

Rate this book
The last thing I thought I'd worry about on my college spring break was being bitten by the world's hottest vampire. I didn't think much of Cancun until I met Armando. With his sexy accent, perfect body, and an expensive sports car, he should be interested in models, not a broke-ass, Ramen-eating student in thrift store jeans.

Yet, he wants me.

When he invites me up to his place, my body takes over, shutting out any rational thought. Something about this amazingly attractive man makes me lose my head.

And my clothes.

When I wake up, I find myself craving blood. Only the man responsible can unlock the mystery surrounding my transformation.

But can I track him down before I do something everyone will regret?

For fans of The Black Dagger Brotherhood, A Shade of a Vampire, and Children of the Gods. Love Bite is the first book in the Bite Series. It contains hot vampires, page-turning action, and steamy, toe-curling, shame-your-grandma romance. BUY TODAY.

The Heat 🔥Of The Moment Shown🐺 In His Eyes

Paranormal Romance!
ARC received for an honest and voluntary review.

No shifters🐲, no bears🐻 no wolves🐺, no lions🐯! In this unique and engrossing story of lust, hot naaasssty sex, and a strange disease that turns it's victims into human vampire like creatures, there is violence and blood, but also humanity and trust, and caring and love.

Spring Break! Brooklyn💋💃 is talked into going to Cancun by her college roommate. At the drunken 🍸 dance party, she's not having a good time, especially after she loses her phone.
Leaving, she is met by Armando🐺🍆🌋, a tall, ripped and handsome Mexican man who is also obviously very wealthy. His eyes and presence are hypnotizing😵 her. She is falling. She finds herself in his expensive sports 🚗car, then in his luxurious penthouse, then in his big bed. She's absolutely mesmerized, and the sex🍆🌋💋 is out of this 🌎world fantastic and intense. When he bites👄 her on her inner thigh, she is so enthralled she's oblivious!

Back in her little Michigan town on the shores of Lake Huron, she is having seizures and bloodlust so terrifying that her new housemate, Mei, has to lock her in a cage until they pass.
Brooklyn had to drop out of college after she attacked her roommate there, when she cut her hand on a broken 🍺beer bottle at a frat party.

Everything is going downhill and the CDC has moved into her town, the Vampire flu is epidemic there! They are rounding up and quarantining all those affected. The rumors about what happens to those Quarantined are rampant. They don't know about Brooklyn yet. What is happening to her?

When Jeff, her long lost high school love, shows up, and tells her he's an intern chemist working on a cure, she begins to believe there might be some hope. Is Jeff too late?
YEHAW! Ride em Bareback🍆, Cowgirl!🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎

Great sex scenes, superbly written! The story is a mesmerizing, masterfully written, page turner! You won't want to put it down! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed this first book in Lynn Best's Bite series about paranormal love, and from the excerpt, the next book will be just as enjoyable when it is released to the public as well. This was a story about not only a struggle with a disease, but also about two people struggling against their love and sexual desire for each other. It was also a story about another's struggle of coming to grips with a love thought lost long ago. The only minor problem I had with the book was during the first few chapters when it kept jumping back and forth in time, but in the end, it did NOT detract from the reading experience. This is a voluntary review of an Advanced Copy of this book from Hidden Gems.

I was given this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
I thought this book was an excellent attempt as it is the first book for this author in this genre. Wasn't keen on the tense used. ( point off ) but it was pacy and all action with s good plot and some nice red herrings. Steamy in parts but not erotic it was an enjoyable read and I'm looking forward to seeing what heppens to our heros in book two . Can't understand the 1* review. Perhaps if the reviewer had read gurther she would have understand the girls sex drives !!!

Ugh- not sure what attempt at a storyline this was supposed to have. The plot lacked depth as did the characters. It seems like the writer had an interesting idea but lacked the ability to follow through with anything solid. I did not like Brooklyn or Armando or the lust inducing pheromones flying. It was not steamy so much as a list of strung together sex scenes with a weak attempt to make it into a “story”. The attempts to create a Spanish speaking character were lame- throwing in a few random words of the language and that is it does not work in dialogue. Yuck.

Bite!

Interesting take on vampires I do have to say. Brooklyn gets bitten but wakes up with no memory. When she gets home she's so blood thirsty at times her best friend locks her in the basement. Then when they guy who bit her comes back around so does his whole family and it's like everyone is after Brooklyn for some reason or another. It's a good start to the series.

Voluntary review of an ARC. Interesting vampire-like novel. This book lays out the background of the characters and the Dracula flu, and the relationship between Brooklyn and Armando. Love scenes are nice too. Although the book ends with a cliffhanger, there is enough conclusion to be satisfying. I would like to continue the series to read more about Mei and other characters. Interesting story- People infected to act like zombies and vampires.

Brooklyn has a one night stand and that is the beginning of her problem. She is infected with a disease that seems to be spreading in her home town. The cops are after her, her one night stand comes to the rescue and her ex boyfriend shows one looking for her. Looking forward to the next book.

This was an okay read. Stephanie moves with her boyfriend but quickly realizes their relationship is in a downward spiral. She meets Francisco who treats her great and tells her she’s worth more than she realizes. When Stephanie is faced with a serious problem with her boyfriend, she runs off and into the arms of Francisco. But right away he freaks out and leaves her hanging due to his ‘virus’.

I really enjoyed this book! With vampirism traits shown as a virus infecting the population, this book really does tick alot of boxes for me. Brooding characters, relationships and friendships being tested, steamy scenes, action and a great storyline, i truly cannot wait for book 2!

I volunteered to read this book in exchange for an honest review. It was decent. Starts off good but then the story feels rushed, like it jumps up the story line a little to much making it feel as though you are missing chapters. Refreshing change in vampirism
