A topic I am immersed in at the moment is bringing clarity and calm to workplaces struggling with the VUCA and BANI world we are living in.
I’m reading as many books and articles on the topic as I can to make sure the thought leadership and science behind the solutions I am providing to companies is sound.
This book was good - If like me, you are fully aware of and understand the concepts. Not sure how much you could actually take from it and apply if it is a new concept.
Some good case studies, and a decent framework.
