IT AIN'T WHAT IT SEEMS
Hench, Colorado Ranger has just arrived in town. He's sitting in a saloon owned by Rogelio and his wife Gabriella who does the cooking. While enjoying a bowl of chili and fresh baked bread finished off with a bottle of rye whiskey.
A fight starts, which is the norm for frontier saloons, cowboys letting loose, cheating at cards
soiled doves and whiskey equals fights, shooting resulting in death. That's what happened the night that Hench was in town, a woman was stabbed to death by an unknown assailant.
Like I said this normal, so Hench takes off running down the street to Satin Pillow, a house of delights, upstairs is where everyone is looking in the room at the dead woman.
This story has a lot of twists and turns and mystery. Your in for a big big surprises as you read this story. Life on the frontier isn't easy kids
grow up quick; they learn to shoot as early as nine how to load rifles or pistols. They helped with farm work, even providing fresh kill for families dinners. Also protecting the family from raids or all kinds.

Hench
Lots of action but seemed jerky at times. Have to say I was right about the killer.
First time I’ve read this author, would probably read another book by him. Thanks for the tale, Joseph Parks.

Old-fashioned Western hero
Terrance Hench is a Colorado ranger who fights for justice. He knows how to keep his cool when the lead is flying and he definitely knows how to brawl too! Bad guys and outlaws don’t stand a chance against Hench!

This is a pretty good short story that has all the action you could ask for. The author put together a good idea that didn't need a lot of words.

Really good book!!!!
This is an excellent book. I will be looking forward to the rest of these books. Really good writing and a great plot to the book. I highly recommend this book.

Great story!
