2.5 * but will round to 3 for the original idea.
The plot is like the premise that the Moon is made out of cheese - so far - fetched it is off the planet and full of holes. The villain and his rational are laughable, the main characters and romance are few degrees below tepid and for someone who is supposed to be members of Secret Service and FBI they behaved as bumbling amateurs. Meh.

I thought the story had an interesting plot. You have a lot of action and suspense as well as a good romance. I am a big fan of paranormal romances and would recommend it to others who enjoy them but also want something with a bit of a twist on the usual.

Super duper
I have read a few of the other reviews and they are better than anything I can do. However, I will say it is action packed the characters are great. A truly unique story.

Problem with cloning
I had a problem with the premise that a clone of a human being could be created in a few weeks or months. Disallowing that blew the whole plot out of the water--to the point that I couldn't be bothered to finish the book.

Very enjoyable read.
Ms. Burrows did a good job of making her characters interesting and complex. It enhanced her story which started a little slow but still kept me involved. Looking forward to more.
