controversial but selection is one of my favorite series not because the plot was amazing (it wasn't) but because it's a light romance and can always make me feel better
This was not a good book at all.. Genuinely surprised so many people actually liked this. The writing was so plain and the characters so dull. Pretty predictable plot and the scenes were so boringgg. I would've given it 0 stars, bit unfortunately that's not possible.. 🚩SORT OF SPOILER AHEAD🚩
🚩🚩🚩SPOILER🚩🚩🚩 Some scenes didn't really make sense, but the one that will probably be stuck with me forever is where she literally confessed on LIVE TV and infront of THE KING AND QUEEN to shouting at the prince, their son.. She then giggles as if it's just a casual everyday thing and the king and queen actually LAUGHS WITH HER. It's so stupid and unrealistic.. Who would laugh knowing this random peasant girl humiliated your son (THE FUTURE KING) and then admits it infront of EVERYONE, but no she's so qUirKy and diFfEreNt..
I did read the first 3 books in order to really understand. America was incredibly annoying and the love triangle pissed me off, I hated the miscommunication in this book. I was actually recommended this and I just didn't end up liking it that much. Its unique in its own way and the writing isn't too bad but it's just not for me.
I'm literally in love with this book oh my gosh... I read it then I decided to read (EVERY SINGLE OTHER BOOK IN) the whole series, which is very long. I cried laughed smiled and squealed from reading this book-- I stayed up *all* night reading it, so it's definitely a 5/5!! :)
Cette saga était vraiment exceptionnel du début à la fin, malgré le fait que je n'aime pas les triangles amoureux celui ci était passable il m'a ennuyé mais le reste effaçait cet ennuie

i loved this book!! it was a bit slow on some parts but it was a great fast paced book and a really fun read!! really looking forward to reading the next one!!
I thought this book was cute and enjoyable. It's a tad predictable and formulaic, but has enough plot to keep you reading. Easy beach read for romantic fantasy lovers.
