Welcome to Purgatory - a world where anything can happen.

Liam Vanderbilt arrived on this world with nothing but his wits, his steel longsword, and his iPod full of historical textbooks. Now with Megara, a literal angel made flesh, and Thethis, a gorgeous goblin mage, he must use his unique attributes for the good of all to avoid the brutal violence of our own past. But when he tries to get the scientific and historical knowledge on his iPod transcribed, he becomes embroiled in a shadowy game of cat and mouse. Fortunately Liam has several beautiful and powerful women at his side (and in his bed) to stand against their enemies. But is Neb, the shy but sexy jackalgirl librarian they meet, friend or foe?

Riposte is a 37,000 word erotic epic fantasy novella set in Purgatory is an alternative Bronze Age world of sensual eroticism and crackling magic. Liam, Meg and Thethis will return in The Cross Guard for more adventure, intrigue and sexual experimentation.

A mysterious and powerful dragon dwelling in a large, possibly misty mountain, Dragon Cobolt has a massive pile of gold and a yen for writing. Writing and putting his/her (being a shapeshifter has its advantages) stories out in the marketplace since late 2016, Dragon Cobolt is just glad to entertain.

He sometimes masquerades as a humble human, and uses the facade that Dragon Cobolt is merely an internet persona to throw adventuring parties off his tail.

I rather like this world. I'll be honest. There are some typo's but the world is getting more and more fleshed out as the stories continue. Once again, there is a lot of action as well as a lot of sexual tension. I will say this. If you are the deeply religious type, you should probably stay away from this series.

Book 2 in the series is similar to book one. Not the greatest story or the greatest writing but pretty good. The world building is getting more complete with more gods and different types of creatures. That whole I-pod part of the story was still a little weird to me. In this story the i-pod is stolen which didn't make much sense to me since isn't Liam the only one that can read English? Overall I enjoyed the premise of the story, its the execution that I found lacking a little - mainly in the details.

I thought the sex was pretty well written though one of the scenes seemed out of place

I am pretty interested to find out what happens next.

the perfect blend of everything I like in a book. even hot naked goblin chicks

This sequel to The Murder Stroke is even better than book 1!
I love scenes of erotic trysts with curvy goblin women and well endowed cat girls. I love sword fights with monsters and a stand up MC who does all the right things and meets all the right ladies.
Now I've read more than a few books with all the right ingredients but something went wrong in the oven and it all tastes like baking soda in the end.
Not here. These are a little short and a little simple. but the flavor is just right. I think the secret is heart. The author seems to really care about this world and it's people. It shows in the way the characters seem to genuinely care for each other, in the world building, and in the way I find I care for a light hearted adventure sex romp story far more than seems warranted by the prose on the page.

This is even better than the last book with a great story that could stand on its own without the sex, that's just a bonus.

This is even better than the last book with a great story that could stand on its own without the sex, that's just a bonus. Both books could be a echhi harem anime if censored a tiny bit or a straight up hentai. Can't wait for the next one, just wish there were less adds at the end.

Better

This book was better than the last one but still has an excessive amount of end book content that throws off the page and wordcount a full 18% of the book is not actually the story but an excerpt and advertisements.

Great book!

Good follow-up in the Purgatory Wars books, fun and sexy characters, interesting world and mythology. Another great (if a little bit short) book.

Still good, still angry about the length

This one is just as good as the first, but the stupid preview of the next book still takes up a good 15-20%. Why is there even a preview? It is unnecessary. The only reason I can think of is to pad the length, which is cheap and annoying. I’m gonna read more, but will still complain about this.
