Book review

Really enlightening book. Loved the tools suggested to calm your emotions and get into your body and out of your head. I meditate by dancing to praise and worship music. Really works for me!

Informative

This book was an easy read an somewhat informative. I am now able to differentiate between a HSP and an Empathetic perspective.

A lot of information in this book that helps an empath understand what it means and how to associate it to yourself (assuming you are an empath). A very good read, I learned a lot from this.
