Brilliant content, thoroughly researched and evidence based, as well as written in an accessible way for reader to absorb. I need to review chapter 3 again : the hard grit of pain/danger biology .

My kinesiologist made me read this book when I started working out with him a few years ago.I struggled with BAD chronic pain . I can genuinely say this book changed my relation to pain and movement. I am forever grateful and find myself going back to it to soothe myself when I start feeling pain and spiraling.
