Slippery When Wet: a Dark Romance

Rate this book
He couldn’t hold on until she let go.

Nurse Cleo spends her days in the supply closets and break rooms of the hospital making the egomaniacal surgeons grovel to get a whiff at what’s beneath her scrubs. But when problems at home force her to stop playing at work and shape up to earn a promotion for much needed funds, Cleo goes cold turkey and stops toying with the doctors. Unfortunately, a patient’s brother catches her eye. Cleo needs to stay away from the tall, tempting drink of water if she has any hope of getting the promotion and saving her family.

After his brother is in a racing accident, Eagle is searching for a distraction. The domineering nurse is just what he needs to take his mind off Crow’s injuries. But he may have met his match when Nurse Cleo won’t play by his rules and makes him work harder than any woman ever has to get in her panties. But Eagle’s up for the challenge, especially when Cleo takes him home to share him with a crew of her own.

Slippery When Wet is the fourth in the Watchers Crew series; a scorching hot, urban erotic series that explores themes of sexual awakenings, menage, and open relationships. If you like your heroes alpha and multiple, then you’ll love the men of the Watchers Crew.

Buy Slippery When Wet today and explore a world where there’s always a happy ending, but it’s shared.

HOT! HOT! HOT! I just finished the Watchers Crew Series and I am a changed woman. These books are equal to the 50 Shades of Grey experience for me! I loved them all and the different dynamics presented with each character/book. I thought book #2 was a show-stopper until I made it to book #3 and #4. I finished the last book with a sigh of sadness because the I know the level of passion & loyalty exhibited by these men is fantasy BUT I don't want it to be. Now I have to go be mad at my significant other because he is not them! LOL

This author left no stone unturned intimately. Did I mention the diversity of this series? white, black, brown, spanish, tr-racial, and especially Asian! YES!!

Definitely not the best book in the series. I have been looking forward to this book for a while and was totally let down. There was NO ending. It was so abrupt that I had to go back and reread the last page to see if I missed anything. So sad this book didn't live up to the others in the series. I was really looking forward to Eagle's story and barely got anything. There were loose ends left everywhere!

The Girl Who Always Gets Her Way

This is the most interesting and intense story in the series.

Prince & Nurse Cleo are mysterious and demanding.

Js love and sex a zero sum game? Is there always a winner and a loser?

Or can you get what you need by giving someone else what they need, first?

Good series

I enjoyed all the books in this series. This last book is good but it is my least favourite, I was looking for more of a bang for the ending, it ended a bit suddenly just as things were heating up between Cleo and Eagle. Even though I'm disappointed with the ending I still love the story.

Wow!

Eagle, Cleo and Toy, their story is very interesting. Great story felt to short. Regardless, I recommend reading this book and the whole series.

Not the best.

This is my least favourite o the Watchers Crew as there's too much build up and tbh not enough sex lol. My face is no.1 but haven't read the last yet!!
