I don't know for how long (years) I've been using this book (along with Audible) as reference. Very simple and better than my Doctor's visit; which was pretty much don't eat anything! The book doesn't have a few suggestions for recipes. That didn't affect my rating. It gives suggestions on what you CAN eat. I don't get bored with my meals. I learned my lesson in August when I couldn't make rent. Eating regular foods triggered my thyroid, and the amount spent on medications 💊 turned our lives upside down. Eating healthy is expensive. More expensive is getting sick. I use this book every other week. I have made my own meal plan (which I won't be skipping again). From the foods one can eat with this medical condition, to daily habits and household goods. It's been simple and easier to follow. Good music playlist by the way (Happy mood ☺ is always welcome).
