The book is written in a simple language which makes it easier to understand, The author talks about a useful simple technique to control stress such as controlling thoughts , controlling your body , different ways of relaxing. They are explained in a good way but perhaps for stressed person difficult to put those techniques in practice, but is all about how motivated we are and how much we want to get rid of that stress!

This book provides a basic guide to reducing stress.

Some of the basic advice (such as diet, exercise, reduce caffeine intake, etc.) was useful but most of this book felt like filling.

This book is writtwn in simple language, making it easy to read and understand. It includes assessments and exercises that anyone can try. The situations and solutions presented are relatable to everyone.
