Cain rolled into town wanting to find a soft body to hook up with for the night after landing a deal that helps his MC. The night he spent with Alexandra Berndhart was one of the best he had but in the morning he walked away and now is back in town hoping for a repeat performance.
Alex can't believe she got knocked up by a one night stand and a biker too boot. Alex doesn't plan on having Cain be part of the babies life but when she sees him again and lets him know the situation he wants to be part of it. However, Alex has nothing positive to say about the daddy to be, can he change her mind?
I liked the overall concept but I thought Alex as horrible, she was almost cruel where Cain was concerned. there was a ton of back and forth like a yo-yo and I could not understand why Cain kept giving her another chance. Just didn't work for me.
Alex can't believe she got knocked up by a one night stand and a biker too boot. Alex doesn't plan on having Cain be part of the babies life but when she sees him again and lets him know the situation he wants to be part of it. Hated these characters
I really tried to finish this book, but my eyes wouldn't stop rolling, and better yet i couldn't stop honest to god hating Alex. The storyline was good, I really wanted to see what was going to happen with the two mc's and the war they found themselves in. But Alex's attitude was just sickening and a big fat no for me. that girl was a certified, and manipulating bitch in the worse ways. I couldn't imagine having a one night stand and getting that beast knocked up. Snooty, stuck up, entitled ass bitch. And mind you this is a chick who had a one night stand with a guy she didn't even bother catching his last name before jumping on his cock. And while everyone is shocked that Cain is willing to settle down finally, its only because he's a good man doing the right thing by a women whos a real piece of shit. I had to roll my eyes hard when his mc brothers and all want to know how she bag a hot guy and shes all giggles and " oh why does everyone keep asking me" (giggles some more). Bitch it cause he knocked your cow ass up. Cause let me tell you, no man let alone anyone want to deal with you on and basis what so ever

If I could leave a half star review I would or even a zero star review. Horrible book! Not even an MC book. The male lead Cain way to soft to be an MC. Also Alex the female lead way to damn annoying. I made it to chapter 12. I couldn't take the "tell me what you do" argument anymore. She's annoying !!! Kept beating a dead horse with that immature arguing. I'm glad I didn't waste money on this book. I would've been ticked! Thank heavens for Kindle Unlimited. Do yourself a favor skip this book!!

The plot to the story itself wasn't bad. but it wasn't written well. The Main couple is Alex (Alexandra) and Cain. The Beginning felt like someone in High School wrote this. Definitely too immature for an MC book. As the book goes on Alex is a frigin BROKEN RECORD!!!! Fighting with Cain over and over again all (about not being able to trust him) because he wont go into detail about his "job"/ Motorcycle club. literally like 10 chapters at least of this.
Cain is supposedly this big bad biker, and he is awesome and sweet with Alex. But He does things that would be uncharacteristic for someone in an MC. Like the leaving of his bike in a diner parking lot and saying it's just a bike it can be replaced, NO BIKER would do that!!!! OMG THE CHEESE in this book?!?!? the person who wrote this obviously has no idea how a motorcycle club functions!!! apparently in this MC they tell everyone everything, the Club "Girls" & Old ladies hang out like one big family. The women are considered like members of The Hounds (Cains MC). They Have club meetings in the open. its just so bad. if you want to know something just ask a club member and they will tell you everything, cause we don't keep secrets in this MC. WTF?!?!?!?
and The Sex Scenes just came off weird!!!! some of the lines Alex (the female) says during the sex scenes are weird. Its usually what a guy would say during sex but Alex is saying it. There is another instance where something like this happens where a chick talks like she's a man but I can't get into that cause of spoilers (well for those of you that can actually stick with this book) and it comes across weird maybe even a little awkward.
So for my final opinion: SKIP IT

I didn't particularly care for this book.
Alex went back and forth regarding her relationship with Cain. I felt I was getting whiplash with the amount of times she changed her mind. I thought she was actually pretty mean, when all Cain wanted was to give her support. If a guy treated a girl this way he would be shot down in flames.
The added 'MC' angle, was not really about an MC and more about one member of the club. The 'war' between the two clubs didn't really make any sense to me. How they did not know who the President of that MC was and how he was connected to their MC is puzzling to say the least. It just didn't add up.
I felt the end of the book was rushed. Up until then the pace had been alright, but the end felt like the author wanted to get it finished and published..
This is my first book by this author and I won't be in a rush to read any more.

Interesting
The storyline was pretty good I just could not bring myself to like the heroine.
Back and forth and back and forth, it started to make it less and less believable that the hero would have stuck around.
There is at least a dozen times in the book they say the words to end it and literally the page next they are back at it. It's dizzying.
I gave four stars because the storyline kept me reading even despite the painful at times relationship drama and obnoxious heroine.

Worthy of that one click!
So Alex is a stubborn chick. Kinda of judgemental in the beginning but Cain is a stand up kinda guy who gets what he wants. Cains charisma and his total hotness finally breaks down her barriers. He is going to make an awesome dad! Claire St. Rose did a great job with this story. Action, deceit, family, love and some really steamy scenes. Yep this story has it all. Check it out!!

Not bad but not great
I liked this book it was full of action a dust however the female lead Alex comes across as selfish and insecure (which is not what I want to see) the male lead Cain tries gives into her way too much as d that is not what I expected from an MC romance. The whole time I was reading I couldn't help but just be annoyed by Alex. It is a good read however and could be tempted to read more by the author.

I enjoyed this book and really liked that it wasn't your typical biker romance, I loved that Alex fought with Cain all through it and didn't just give into him because he was good looking.This book has a lot action, drama, and some great characters. A good read especially if your needing an original storyline.

I volunteered to review an ARC in order to provide an honest review. Holy moly! This book was packed to the brim with action, sizzle and mystery. Cain and Alex turned a chance meeting into a whirlwind adventure. Awesome read!

Why did I read this?
I am not into MC Romances. However, something about the summery drew me in. I'm glad I took the plunge. I enjoyed Alex and Cain's journey and will be looking for more from this writer.

So much was really unbelievable and contradictory. The guy Cain says "I would never put you in danger, Alexis." Then two sentences later he says, "You need to listen to me because you're in danger there." The editing was also pretty bad. I'm glad I paid only 99 cents.

Very enjoyable read. I wanted to throttle Alex numerous times with her back and fourth behaviors toward Cain. Cain was beyond swoon worthy. He gave some of the best impassioned pleas of love ever.

Devil's Baby was an pretty good MC romance. It had some funny moments as well as sexy ones, but it was just a little light for what I usually love in a MC romance book. Wicked was a little disappointing as well, but just ok.

Hmm... very long and wordy. Has MC elements but not at all what I was expecting.
Oh and remembered why I struggled with this book. The h was a complete pain in the ass. Obsess with what he did and wouldn’t move forward from it. So wish washy; kept changing her mind. It drove me nuts and if I had been the H I would have walked away from her. He gave her so many chances and she was just a raving bitch! Ugh!

This was another short right to the point book. It made me realize how much I have missed a good MC novel. Cain was a jerk at times but so sweet too but the author did an amazing job at having you love him. Alex has spirit but at times she came of whiny. Other times she came off as strong and independents she had many sides but it sometimes it was hard to like her.
Baby's in romance novels are so fun and I feel that the author did an awesome job capturing the real feelings when it came to being a first time mom and pregnancy. I liked the MC aspect of the book also. I'm going to read more from the author in the future. I really did like her writing style but I just had a really hard time liking Alex for most of the book. She was too mean and back and forth. 3 stars #2OCCJD
