This is a dark and intense book. A battle for souls from a demon soul gatherer and an angel. This is part of the City of Sin series. This book features Aaliyah who is the daughter of the daemon lord of hell. She loves stealing souls and taking them to hell. One day an angel keeps her from taking a soul. Micah became an angel after he saved a girl's life and he is here to save Micah from the clutches of the daemon. They were in love once but she has no memory. No spoiler here but it's intense. I received an advance copy and voluntarily chose to review it.

This was an enjoyable and interesting read. This is the second book in the City of Sin series and I can't wait to read more. I won't go into into detail about the book because I don't want to ruin it for others, so I will just say that it is definitely worth reading. Ursula Sinclair did a good job. I can't wait to read book 3.
