I had the pleasure of beta reading this book. I'm not normally one for sweet holiday romances but I thoroughly enjoyed reading this different take on reindeers and dragons... You'll see what I mean when you read it.Occasionally the naughty little elves were mildly irritating but I loved the characters and seeing them triumph over evil.
First Christmas is a definitely a sweet festive tale with a happy ending which will leave you feeling warm and contented. In my opinion it is a perfect story for the holidays.

Vixen is an Ice dragon shifter who loves Christmas. When she is attacked she is rescued by Lunar, her mate. Lunar has never celebrated any human rituals, he is quite bemused by his mate
This is a beautiful clean romantic read, I love how Vixen shows her grumpy mate all about her love fur Christmas. The story is beautifully written, romantic, touching read that I could not put down.
I was not sure what to expect when I first started reading this book, but I loved it so much, I am so glad I got to read this book and I highly recommend this beautiful story

What a fun twist on a favorite holiday! Dragons plus Christmas! Who knew how much fun that combination could be!? This is listed as a young adult novel and it is perfectly suited to that category. There was no swearing and the romance was very mild in content. If you adore sweet novels with lots of creativity and imagination, this is for you! First Christmas features love, friendship, forgiveness, and a very real emphasis on the value of family. Do not pass up this diverting and original novel!

You wouldn't think they mix, but they mix so well in this story.
Vixen finds her mate, starts exercising for the tryouts for Santas sleigh, endures her two mischievous best friends craziness all while enjoying her favorite time of year, at least until she gets attacked.
This is a wonderful read and it teaches readers that your mate/love is more important than any shiny treasures you could possibly want. It also helps that Vixen and Lunar have a lot to overcome and not everything is exactly as you pictured it would be.

I loved this book. It introduces us to Vixen, an Ice dragon who loves Christmas. Vixen wants so much to pull Santa's sleigh and trains all year for the chance. Life however has other plans.....at the age where she starts looking for her mate, a couple of strangers come to the North pole.....both in search of treasure, but one begins to understand just what treasure really means.
This is a funny, light hearted look at love, the true meaning of Christmas spirit and what we all need a little more of in our hearts and lives

A few incorrectly spelled words and one misused that I noticed (boarders vs borders), though not bad compared to how books are lately.
Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. First book I've read with dragon shifters. A light, easy read with a decent plot wrapped around two of my favorite things, dragons & Christmas. I do hope there is more to this!

Such a beautiful and magical story this was!!!
The characters were amazing!! I loved reading and learning about each character!! My heart and soul felt everything that the characters felt and that made me love them even more!!
The storyline was very well written and I enjoyed it so much!! It was full of all the feels and the magic of Christmas and I highly recommend this read!!

Omg I so love this book. Vixen is a dragon that loves Christmas . She wants to be part of Santa's sleigh team. Lunar is her mate. With unknown enemies on the horizon will Christmas be ruined.

Awe

I loved Vixen and Lunar's story. It's full of discovery and suspense. I enjoyed that some of the traditional ideas about Christmas are altered. This is a fun holiday story for year round.

I loved this book!! I love the way they met each other and they both stay in the Christmas Village. I look forward to them raising their future family there.
