I really enjoy material from Edmund Burke, but this one was a little to in-depth for me as a non-competitive cycling enthusiast. I think this is geared more toward a cycling coach.

Excellent book that gives great insight into the science behind bicycles and cycling.

Bicycles and sports medicine have changed quite a bit since this book was published, but the insight is still useful.

The author does a good job of making some normally boring subjects interesting.

This book is excellent for anyone who has a little science background, and a serious interest in the technical aspects of cycling.
