Just finished reading Free To Eat. So much great information, not just from a sal level, but overall health....I learned tons. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge." ClintAddendum from the author - How I became Fully Cured! When I wrote Free to Eat, I stated in the first section “As far as I am aware, for most of us there is no cure for our salicylate/sulphur/amine/glutamate sensitivity and there is no quick fix.” I would like to now revise that statement, as I would say that I am cured, and I can now freely eat whatever I want and go about my life with only the occasional mild salicylate sensitivity issue. How did it happen? – I learned to love myself and focus on what I felt good about. That may sound simplistic, but that is what worked for me. If you are in the midst of stress in dealing with chemical sensitivity issues, then the practical information in Free to Eat will help you to manage and reduce your symptoms. Remember, this is where I started, so it is not a waste to buy this book.
