Due to a difficult journey in life, his writing took a sharp turn and was stored on a shelf, collecting dust. In 2010, the passion that had been waiting erupted and numerous books poured from his soul.
The first novel he had written was Nightmares and Dreams. It was published with a small house but is no longer available. He plans on rewriting it at some point and giving it back to the world. Several Christian romances were published and are still available. But that isn’t where his heart lies.
Jamie has now become a crime fiction/thriller/suspense writer. His favorite authors include David Baldacci, James Patterson, and Harlen Coben. His focus is strong and hopes to join the ranks of the authors he reads.
Dark Vengeance: A Nash Peterson Novel is his first crime thriller. He plans on going the Indie route and it will be released on May 1st, 2021.

This is a story about a couple, Samantha (Sam) and Chris. They are young, married and totally in love. They go on vacation and she is hit by a car. The accident isn't serious but they find out that she has a heart problem. This causes a series of events that culminates in tragedy. I liked the premise of the book. It is a sweet, Christian romance. The problem is that there are many plotlines that are not completed. I was left really frustrated to be honest. There was no indication in the blurb or at the end of the story that there is another book to wrap up the story.

The cover for this is simple but beautiful. Booths has a unique writing style that sets him a part from most other romance authors. Never Again, I feel was not edited to its full potential making it read a little more choppy than I would have liked. I think that if this was published with a publisher who was able to provide the comprehensive edit that this needed it would have turned out to be a 4 or 5 star novel.

This is a well written book with a heartbreaking story line. The author takes you on an emotional roller coaster ride bringing drama,anxiety,happiness and sadness.Chris and Sam have a deep love for each other and you can "feel" their emotions. The unexpected twists and turns keep you turning the pages. I was hooked from start to finish reading this book and would highly recommend .

What happens when the one on the sidelines lets her know the love he has felt for years?

Do you want a book that you are going to cry with, this story had me crying a lot while reading it. Sam has a lot in her life to overcome. Not your usual romance story
The book was beautifully written. I liked the fact that the intimate scenes were not drawn out into every detail but simply stated to enhance the love story of Sam and Chris. It was easy to relate to the characters struggles with God, what his plan is, and if or when things will work out the way they want.

Just okay.
I wanted to like this book more than I did, which I guess is good since the second book is no longer available. For me, it was mostly the writing style. It just felt very juvenile and clunky. It didn't flow like I am used to. I also didn't like that we were I introduced to Marion because it took away from the idea of faith for the reader.

Whoa! I was so not expecting that, my heart actually broke and I just couldn’t stop the tears, this is just gut wrenching from beginning to end, I’m a bit afraid to start the 2nd book! Will though! 😊

What a good story and so much tragedy for this young couple.. So sad that Sam has gone through so much and to loose so much.. But a very well written book.
