About 3.25; would be higher if it had any sf/f/pn in it, but that's just about my preferences.
Most of it is a low-conflict, sweet but not idealized, kidfic with an established and developing parental M/M romance. I've read Scifigrl's original bot-verse DJ (this linked, "inspired" AU-of-an-AU may even be the first thing I read by Copperbadge), and he's well rendered here. Don't criticize his language and emotional issues as "incorrect" for an 8yo: he's not neurotypical.
Then in the end we get some cinematic action, with a canon baddie dangerously showing his true colors. (Not every Foodieverse story has more than humor and/or romance.)
I can't find the date I first encountered Copperbadge's Foodieverse; unlike for a number of his(?) Marvel fics/series, I didn't make a bookmark. However, when I was trying to remember/decide what my rating/opinion was, I wound up rereading the whole thing, which tells you it can't be too bad! The Foodieverse is a bit ridiculous (including being a bit "everybody's gay"), but it's fun how the various characters and groups are translated into the world of food trucks and restaurants.
