While I do think that a cover is important when trying to catch a readers eye, they never get much mention from me in a review. I must mention that I adore this cover. Something about it just catches my eye.
This was a spin on the story of Beauty and the Beast.
Rofus- a beast because of his scars, kept himself away from everyone. Only a few trusted employees were around not many caught glimpses of him. He ran his business remotely in order not to face anyone. He resigned himself to that life until his beauty came to his home.
Britta - she was sweet. Alone in life and about to lose her apartment, she answered an ad for a housekeeper. I loved how she had really no reaction to his scars. While he worried that she would be turned off, she saw that they made him the man he was.
- no cheating
- no ow/om drama whatsoever
- moderate steam.
- long celibate hero(10 years) and heroine was not a virgin
- hero tried to resist but it wasn't happening
- no violence
- just ok epilogue

I love stories retelling Beauty and The Beast and this one is really good!
The story is about Rofus and Britta.
He owns a multimillion-dollar company but after a car accident that left him scars, he kept himself isolated for the past decade and just works from home.
She needed the money and she has an interview scheduled for housekeeping position. She's not qualified for the job but he wanted her the moment he saw her so his assistant hired her.
I loved the story! I always enjoy reading this kind of book. It also has nice epilogues.

This is a short read. Almost too short for my liking because everything felt rush. I would like to say that I feel the chemistry between them, but I don't. But with only 50+ pages to read, I should have known better than to expect to be blown away by it.

Such a sweet plot!!! Britta and Rofus caught my heart with their love story, which by the way was like kind of a modern fairytale of Beauty and the Beast!! Rofus is the scarred, Alpha hero and Britta is the sweet and kind girl that warms Beast's aka Rofus heart.
It's quick, all over the top romantic and very enjoyable with two epilogs, without question I most certainly recommend it and I'm looking forward to reading the next J. Snow's story!!

Hero and beastly Rofus Foxwerth took one look at heroine, Britta and commanded Carolyn to hire her on the spot because he knew that she was the one for him. He watched he secretly until he had to tell her what she meant to him. This was a sweet by sexy modern-day retelling of "Beauty and the Beast."

The only thing I really didn't like about this book is the H's name, it sounds like a dog's name. Rofus Foxwerth is 35 years old and a multimillionaire who has been living in seclusion for the last ten years. He was in a car accident that left him scarred and earned him the nickname Beast. Britta is 25 years old and in desperate need of a job because she's about to be homeless. She has an interview to be a housekeeper for the man people call Beast and she's a little nervous about it. Rofus runs his company from home and he has his personal assistant, Carolyn do all the hiring at home. When he watches Britta on camera during her interview he is instantly mesmerized by her.

This is the modernization of Beauty and the Beast. I really enjoyed reading the story.
Rofus Foxwerth, is scarred from and accident, hence "Beast." He has resided in his mansion with only the staff, and continues with his business, never to be seen for the last ten years.
The first time saw Britta he knew she would be his.
Britta, is out of a job and soon to be out of her home. She applies for the housekeeper position at Mr. Foxwerths' mansion, a recluse because of an accident that has left him scarred.
Britta interview with, Carolyn, head of the house staff. and Britta has answered the questions asked of her, Carolyn excuses herself and leaves.
Carolyn goes to Mr. Foxwerths office and he states, "I want her. Make it happen."

It wasnt the best novella out there but it had me entertain in the trip from work to the house. It was extremely insta love-lust and even though it was hot, I felt like most of the time the male protagonist just mentioned what he wanted to do instead of just doing it.

First of all, let's talk about this cover. Whew, I sure wouldn't mind hands like that on me. I just love the lust and sexuality and oozes out of this cover. I'm pretty sure I've stared at it longer than normal.
I had fun with Her Beast, His Beauty. It's insta-love and over the top but it's full of sweetness and adoration. From the moment Rofus locked eyes on Britta, he knew she was the one. The pull and allure of her was too much and it brought him out of hiding after an accident that left him scarred ten years ago. I liked that he didn't hold back when it came to what he wanted from her. He didn't try to play games and he came out in full honestly and disclosure on what his intentions were.
"You're prefect for me, the beauty to my ugliness, the perfection to my destruction."
I also like that Snow didn't write Britta as a virgin. While I don't mind that at all, I liked that it was a bit different and wasn't full on stereotypical. But don't get me wrong. I do love me some over the top alphas with epic loves towards the virgin women who steal their hearts. I just liked that Britta wasn't a virgin and thought it worked well for the overall story line.
Overall, Her Beast, His Beauty is a short and sweet retelling of Beauty and the Beast. It's an easy escape into a fantasy world full of love and devotion.

A retelling of Beauty & the Beast with the Jenika Snow twist!
I've read a few retelling of the classic and this is my favorite so far.
A scarred man in seclusion and a woman who sees more than his scars, is it too much for Rofus to hope for?
Britta is down on her luck and takes the housekeeping job knowing that her employer was in an accident and has been in seclusion for the past ten years since it happened.
When they come face to face how will she respond? With fear, compassion or something entirely different??
A sexier twist on the original is exactly what you would expect from the author and it's what you get!
4.5 sexy stars.

I really liked this retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Rofus is a billionaire that was in a bad accident a decade ago. He never leaves the house and works from his mansion. He is very conscious of his scars from his accident. He needs a housekeeper, as soon as he sees Britta, he wants her. Britta has her own scars...on the inside. She is immediately drawn to Rofus. Rofus immediately makes it known to her that he wants her. These two definitely needed each other. She is the light to his dark.

Another perfect Jenika Snow book!!! Yes, I quit adulting, started drinking wine and flew through this book in record time.
The story was quick and dirty, I know, I know, just the way I love them. I enjoyed the characters, and as always the scorching hot sex. *Get your self some new panties...You'll need them*

Britta applied for a job being a housekeeper to the beast as everyone calls him. Rofus the minute he sees Britta he wants her and will do anything to make her his. Cute but WAY too much telling and very little dialogue in the first half.
I was happy that Britta wasn't a virgin and that even before the accident Rofus (ugh that name) wasn't a ho. It annoyed me that Jenika Snow threw in . I guess she had to give the virgin heroine lovers something :(
