Unusual physics treatise based on the ideas of Buckminster Fuller. Argues that "subatomic processes are governed by geometric relationships." Describes "a quantized energetic-geometric model of fundamental physics. The model is based on the dynamic properties of Buckminster Fuller's quanta modules. These modules make it possible to quantize time, energy and space."
I have recently resumed reading this. I stopped after a major tragedy changed the course of my life. Initially what attracted me to this work the most was actually a dream I had. Perhaps vision would be a better word. A somewhat absurd vision at that. A sadistic meth fueled Macaulay Culkin was threatening me with knives at some deranged carnival. I began to realize he’d developed a hobby of torturing people with sharp instruments. In the process I instantly went into some kind of hyper survival mode in which I suddenly had the ability to see energy and space at the subatomic level and found myself frenetically manipulating countless geometric shapes at unfathomable speeds through a form of psychokinesis somewhat akin to that of Doctor Manhattan. I used this power to manipulate matter and beat Mac at his own game. What I was ultimately left with were strange images of the fabric of the universe that I’d never before suspected. I’d read Bucky before but hadn’t encountered his exploration into this realm until after the vision. I will update this review once I finish reading it.
