This is a book for an experienced bicycle rider. To comprehend some of the topics you need to have a certain understanding and experience.

Positives:
Providing a scientific ground to many cycling related areas could be appreciated by riders who are in the search of improvement.

Negatives:
Some topics lack depth of reviewing and data.
Some research authors refer to may seems a bit outdated.
