It was published in 135 countries and translated into Latvian, Polish, Icelandic, Serbian and 26 other languages. Carlson went on to write 20 books.

Un libro de autoayuda más. Mejor ve a terapia si eres ansioso

Describe principios que trabajas en terapia, sin embargo nombra muchos y no profundiza en ninguno. Más provechoso ir a terapia individualizada e interiorizar estos conceptos
