Emotion Control

Control It doesn't work the way you think

Who doesn't know? Our emotions come to us in the cross.
• We see an interesting person and do not speak to him – for fear.
• We have a really important presentation, and we are constantly reeling – because we are excited.
• We say unjust things that we do not mean – out of rage.
• We do not stand up to our needs and do not advocate for our values – out of shame.
Whatever it is, our emotions can sometimes make life difficult for us. I can understand everyone who would like to control his emotions and where the desire arises not to feel them and to suppress the emotions.
Doesn't it sound tempting? Not to be afraid to go to the opposite sex, to play the presentations in a sovereign way, and to always be proficient and prudent in the dispute.
For me, at least.
The good news is, there's a way there. However, he does not want to control his emotions or even suppress emotions.
Controlling Getting to know yourself better brings you real freedom

If we really want to live a free life and not so much controlled by our emotions, then today we can start to take a really intense and detailed look at our feelings with us.

We can take more time to get to know ourselves and build a new, profound relationship with ourselves. This works by retreating ourselves more attentively and by feeling and allowing our feelings, rather than suppressing emotions.
