Nice combo
This book gave the reader 4 stories from this universe. Some were better than others. Overall, the storylines were right and fast paced. I had trouble with some of the characters. I was not able to get involved in their lives so, I did not care for their stories.

An interesting twist on alien abduction. The set of four stories is each about one couple, a human female and a male alien. There is quite a few twists throughout the series that really comes together in the last book. Each book has action and a few steamy scenes.
Human women abducted to help breed with aliens due to a lack of their own females. The women definitely don't make it easy on their abductors and I only wish they made it even harder on them. Love the twists in the stories. Just wish we learned more of the fates of the other abducted women and Nick, the stowaway.

Aliens of Jenalk
Ms Starr has combined 4 great stories into one set. This is great because for anyone just starting to read her books will be able to do so all at one time. As a bonus Ms Starr has included other s of her series. Ms Starr is a very good author who makes you feel that you are either right there with the characters or you're one of them. You won't regret getting any of her books

These are the standalone stories of the Jenalk race of aliens trying to save their planet by kidnapping earth women. Although each story is standalone they do link through the series

This is a good set of sci-fi romances. You have an alien race that needs females as mates. They take these women and expect them to be like their females who are not used to being independent and expressing their opinions. The women really educate them on relationships and it is fun to watch. There is no lack of chemistry between the couples.

I can deal with heroes with asshole tendencies. I can't deal with heroes who are slavers, and that's exactly what the Thressl’n are. Kidnapping women is one thing; keeping them in breeding camps for the sole purpose of using them as broodmares is another. No one on the planet seemed to have a moral issue with this. Not cool.

Wow two box sets for the price of one
I have to say, I hate the helplessness of the women who were kidnapped in aliens of Jenalk. It really irritated me that Captain Zod got away with his behavior. SMH I still was impressed with the details of the planets and space travel/life.

Aliens of Jenalk
Wonderful series. Loved the characters and their personalities. Each story was complete and standalones. Plenty of bonus stories that are just as enjoyable.

These books just didn't appeal to me in the slightest. The story feels quite awkward and stilted. I had no desire to read past the second story.
