My books do not always fit into established genres - most of them have elements of sci-fi, mystery, crime, action, and especially - romance. I will warn that my idea of 'romance' is not typical, but more along the lines of strong women and men making sacrifices for them.

While my books are not a series in any sense of the word, many are connected through characters and events. I will also say I strive for realism and logic. My books are never fantasy, but rooted in what is actually possible,

I invite you along for the ride and hope it will be memorable.

This is the second book in author Ed Morawski's Wolinski series and it exceeds the first novel, 'The Bridge', and is very difficult to put down thanks to the constant suspense and unpredictable plot twists that made this book so entertaining.

I called it new-noir meets James Bond because that's what it is. The story is broken into three parts. Part one is the longest and it has our hero traveling to Los Angeles to uncover the mystery of who anonymously mailed him $240K through Fed Ex. Here he meets a beautiful Vietnamese-American woman named Ara and as he tries to figure out what is going on, he gets dragged into international drug trafficking and gang wars.

This leads him up the supply chain to Vietnam and this is where the novel turns James Bonds, which works really well. In the second and third parts Wolinski travels through Asia hunting down the kingpins and doing what he does best: serving as judge, jury, and executioner.

I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys the crime/thriller genre.

This is a great story that will keep pushing you to the edge of your seat from the constant and ever-changing story line filled with the writer's questions and observations. Finding himself sucked into drama and intrigue, starting with the tracking of the individual that dropped his package off to be shipped via FEDEX. With his special ops background, he didn't think twice about breaking into the facility and yanking a surveillance camera down and out of the building, starting the series of events that leads to both non-stop action and unfulfilled emotional desire.
This guy is a vigilante for justice, having no qualms taking out bad guys Rambo style from Southern California to the other end of the globe, you never know what's next.

The book is broken into three parts representing his female sexual encounters by name, which I began to look forward to with each one being very different than the one before.
I recommend this book to those looking for a thrill and adventure.
