My husband and I just finished reading and praying with this together. It is good whether you're in a relationship or not. If you're not in a relationship this book will still provide education on theology of the body and important concepts and guidance for living out a Catholic marriage. It can be blunt at times about the body and what it means to love freely, however it is necessary to be clear on what that means.

What a great devotional! My wife and I would read every night before bed. The daily devotionals were a great way to reflect and brought us even closer together. The daily challenges offered were fun and really engaged us. God bless Jackie and Bobby!
