Discovering Dani by Cindy Caldwell is a fabulous book. It is finally here, Dani's story. I enjoyed reading it so much, I could not put it down till the last page. A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE!!
I feel that Discovering Dani is an aptly named title for Dani Weston’s romance. She’s been in every single story so far, maybe only a scene or a walk through, but she’s a vital part of this family and this series. She a strong, stubborn woman who likes to hold on to control… tightly. She definitely sees herself as different from her twin, Kelsi and works hard at maintaining that almost aloof persona. Beneath the tough exterior that can handle any job around the family resort or her work with the local Search and Rescue team, Dani has watched her siblings, co-workers and friends find their happy endings at River’s End Ranch – but she’s not looking for that for herself. Or so she believes. That may change with a surprise delivery from her parents and a man who likes her exactly as she is.
Travis is an unexpected surprise for Dani. A man who is comfortable in his own skin, a professional race car driver and a person who finds joy in the simple things of life. He’s the only person who dares to call Dani by her full name… and keep his head afterwards. *grin* He’s made the delivery that was entrusted to him and is staying at the ranch for a brief vacation before heading back to the circuit. Neither he nor Dani expected the sparks that happened slowly, naturally between them – and in the end one had to make a choice.
It’s hard to believe we’re now twenty titles into the River’s End Ranch series and still going strong. That is a sure sign of an amazing group of authors coming together to create a complete community that just keeps growing and giving. I enjoyed Travis and Dani’s romance so much. Dani deserves what her siblings and friends have found – and she’s got a pretty amazing man to provide that happy ending for her. Their story simply adds to the beauty of this series and feels totally right for Dani.
I’d happily recommend this series to any Romance reader. It is a series that I feel needs to be read in order for events in precious stories are often referred to and grow. But it’s certainly not a chore to start from the beginning of a very satisfying series.
I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.
I was waiting for Dani's turn, and I have to say I was disappointed, the story was very flat, not that interesting. I know that you don't always have to have drama going on, for the book to be good, but in this case, nothing happened, it was just too simple. Even at the end, what was supposed to be the big thing in the book fell flat, for my tastes at least. There was something missing.
Another really fun book based at the River's End Ranch. Won't be too long believable the Weston kids are taken. In this book the single twin, Dani, discovers she is not a loner as she thought she was.
Mom and Dad Weston send a surprise to the Ranch or rather a double surprise that has Dan I all in knots. Handsome racecar driver Travis might not be used to the weather in Idaho but this heart sure warns up fast.
Really sweet Christmas time clean romantic read that I plan to re-read many times. I really love this series.
What's a girl to do when she meets the perfect man? Ignore him of course! Dani Weston is the hardest headed woman at River's End Ranch! I think she takes after her great-great-grandma Frankie. She capable and willing to do whatever it takes. Except risk her heart.
No spoilers here, but you have to read this long awaited story!
Five thousand stars worth of praise for Mrs. Caldwell's latest book!
A great Christmas romance. Two strangers meet, not much in common, but a definite attraction is still there. She is a strong, independent person within a large supportive family unit. He appears to be a down to earth nice guy, always happy but missing the support and togetherness a family brings. They overcome their obstacles and finally reach their happy ever after
I really enjoyed the story with the sections where the Westons were together or involved. However I just didn't buy into the Travis-Dani relationship. They barely spent any time together or bonded much at all during the time in the story they were together. And then he just gives up his entire life for someone he's known for 2 weeks. There were too many story lines going on in this short story to flush out the Travis-Dani aspect.
It's finally Dani's turn! I loved it! She and Travis (the 2 main characters) fit well together. It is a cuddly, sweet, love story that makes you happy to know the whole family! And you do feel like you know all of them at this point. And we love each and every one!!! Thanks Ms Caldwell for an astonishingly good quick read!
❤️❤️❤️ another amazing book in this fantastic series. I'm so happy that Dani finally got her HEA. I feel as though the Westons are a part of my family and I wish I could live and work on the ranch with them. As always I absolutely cannot wait for the next story. A million thanks to Cindy Caldwell for sharing her beautiful words. Xoxo
The fairies are working overtime at River's End Ranch! Dani has such a reputation of being hard nosed and not a people person. Travis is sent to the ranch by the Weston parents to deliver a pickup and he is told to talk directly to Daniella. Once he gets there, Dani refuses to go see Jaclyn. This is another great story about the Westons on River's End Ranch.
I have wanted to read Dani's story from the first. I tried to think what kind of guy would finally win Dani. I was not disappointed. Travis is perfect for her. It took her a while to figure it out but wow what a guy.
Dani interest in a man finally hit her and they gotten along and he helped with the snowmobile race. I'd cried with her when he had to leave and resizing she ha fallen in love same for him.
I have been waiting to see who would win Dani's heart!
I couldn't wait to see the kind of man who would win Dani's heart. When Travis arrives with a delivery for Dani from her parents they both get more than they expected. Great story.
Travis has been hired by her parents to deliver a truck to RER; Dani is covering for her brother as manager of the ranch but is in charge of the snowmobiles races. Is Travis qualified to help her with the race course?
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I was wondering if we were ever going to get Dani's story. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for writing and sharing it with me.
I love this River's End Series. Dani's story was wonderful and Frank and Debbie are going to have a great story too. Can't wait for the next book. Thank you
This is a book you will definitely enjoy and remember forever with unforgettable characters and heartwarming story with adorable moments all the way through.
Dani is the final Western to fall and we seem to have been waiting a long time for her story. Obviously as one of the Western siblings we met her in the very first book and she has been constant since then, constantly gruff, abrupt, difficult, feisty....don't get me wrong she loves her family and will do anything for them, she will however make them beg for it and grumble non-stop about it, not because she doesn't love them but because they expect it of her! She loves her family most when they are all doing their own thing and leaving her in peace! She thrives on danger and loves being part of the Search and Rescue, leading the local team is where she feels most comfortable.
Travis is a racing driver, like Dani he also thrives on danger and loves a challenge. He knows the instant he sees Daniella that she will be the biggest challenge of his life - will this be the first challenge that he fails at? Or will he succeed and win the prize of his life, a prize he can keep forever?
A great book which compliments the rest of the series beautifully whilst still keeping Dani's uniqueness.
Another wonderful visit to River's End Ranch. I have loved every installment in the series so far and I hope it goes on for many more books! I so wish RER was real!
